A Sydney sex worker has spilled all of the biggest secrets of her profession.

Admit it: there’s a lot you’d like to ask someone who works in the sex industry.

Luckily, one Sydney escort has shared all in a Reddit Ask Me Anything.

The woman - known only as 'growlergirl' on the site - is in her mid-20s, and said she first entered the industry when she was in her late teens, beginning her career in a high-profile Sydney brothel.

"Since then, I have worked at six different brothels in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth. In early 2014, fed up with the brothel life, I moved to Perth to set myself up as a private escort," she said.

How much does she get paid?

The woman reveals she only takes appointment for an hour or longer, charging clients $550 for the first hour of her company. For $1050, clients can book a two hour session.

"Then $300 for each additional hour. $2500 for 12 hours and $5000 for 48 hours," she said.

"I want to encourage clients to book me for 3+ hours. My 12 hour rates are cheap compared to other escorts."

How many people has she slept with?

"Between 1100 and 1200. Still tight, though, if my clients and Tinder dates are to be believed," she wrote.

Size matters...but not for the reasons you might think.

The woman admitted that when it comes to choosing clients, size definitely plays a role.

In her brothel days, the woman shared that a client with a big penis could put her 'out of action' for the rest of the day.

She said she's "turned clients down before because of size", mostly to avoid "soreness".

Working as private escort has made things a bit more flexible.

"I make them book at least two hours so at least the money will be worth the pain," she said.

"Plus it leaves more room for foreplay which is necessary for big dicks."

Is there anything she won't do?

The woman shared that one thing she would never do is "incest role play".

"I've had phone calls from dudes requesting incest role play but I always turn these down - I don't have it in me to act it out. I have a few brothers," she said.

She also protects herself by turning down "two dudes at once".

"I used to have a spiral staircase in my Perth apartment. One client used to like sitting underneath it and jack off while I walked up and down the staircase.

The woman shared that she orgasms "most times" with her clients, joking that she has an easier time getting oral sex from her clients than in her personal life.

"I'm usually in a different headspace when it happens...Sometimes I find it easier to come at work than in my personal life because I feel less pressure. I don't care whether the client thinks I'm faking it or not," she said.

"I already have his cash at that point so an orgasm is just gravy. But with dudes from my personal life I put more pressure on myself. Sometimes I get self-conscious about how long it takes and it stresses me out."

"I broke down and confessed everything to my parents about having been a sex worker for years about 2 years ago while I was on hiatus. Only my Mum knows I've returned...But I think deep down he knows."
