While some people still swear by their tried-and-true foundation regardless of the season, heaps of Youbies have been asking us for lighter options in terms of coverage and texture for this time of year. Thankfully, with the 'skinification' of makeup only getting bigger, there are so many options.
While shopping for a skin tint, you'll see product names like tinted moisturiser, BB cream and CC cream and mash-ups of all kinds of words. While it can get confusing, they're all essentially the same thing — these products are basically lightweight coverage formulas with skincare goodness as a bonus.
A skin tint is great if you want your natural features to show through, like our beautiful Erin and her fabulous freckles. I use a product like this followed by a precise concealer on the areas I need (under my eyes, around my nose) and then finish with bronzer and setting spray.
