Mark your calendars, folks.

This September, music icon LeAnn Rimes is heading to Australia for a brand-new headline tour celebrating her 30-year career.

With two Grammys and more than 48 million records sold, Rimes has left her mark with hit singles and by inspiring artists like Taylor Swift, Carrie Underwood and Brandi Carlile.

The iconic singer will play three exciting shows along the East Coast of Australia, kickstarting on September 11, 2025 in Brisbane at Brisbane Entertainment Centre, then September 13, 2025 in Sydney at the ICC Sydney Theatre, before wrapping up the anniversary tour in Melbourne on September 16, 2025 at Margaret Court Arena.

The tour comes with a brand new stage show, giving fans a look back at the highlights of her incredible career.

Fans can expect a dynamic show as she journeys through her iconic catalogue — from beloved country classics and massive pop hits to the soulful songs of her recent albums.

As for the set list, Rimes told Mamamia all the details, admitting that she had to consider the whole scope of her 30-year career. "Putting together the set list was hard! I've sung so many songs over three decades, and they all mean something to me," she said.

"I knew the big ones had to be there… because they're part of so many people's memories. But I also wanted songs that show where I am now — as a woman, as an artist. I love taking people on a little road trip through my life with my music as the map."

The singer promises that plenty of surprises will be in store.

"I love to keep people on their toes. Sometimes, I'll pull out something I haven't sung in years or a cover that just feels right in the moment," she teased.

"If you're at the show, don't be shocked if something unexpected pops up! It keeps it fresh for me, too."

But never fear, her timeless classics like 'How Do I Live' and 'Can't Fight the Moonlight' will make their way onto the set list.

"I've been singing 'How Do I Live' for over half my life and every time I perform it now, it hits differently. There's more life behind the lyrics, more meaning. When I was 14, I sang it from a place of imagination. Now, it's layered with experience," she said.

"And 'Can't Fight the Moonlight' — that song just brings so much energy. It still makes me smile to see how much joy it brings to people."

Alongside the iconic singer, Rimes will welcome special guest Rueban De Melo, winner of The Voice, who was mentored by Rimes herself.

"Reuben was such a joy to work with. There's a real emotional depth to his voice and his spirit. I think people connected with that on The Voice, and I definitely did. I wanted to give him a platform to reach more hearts," she said.

Even after three decades of performing, Rimes makes every show feel special.

"I show up every night with the intention of being fully present. I don't want it to feel like I'm just performing, I want to know that I am sharing something real and true. I change up the set, the arrangements, even my energy depending on the room. I always find something new in my songs every time I sing them."

Rimes' shows in Australia have been two decades in the making.

"I'm so excited to be back! It's been over 20 years since I toured Australia, so just getting to connect with fans there again is really special."

Along with her live shows, Rimes has some big plans for her Down Under tour.

"I'd love to do some hikes, visit local markets, maybe even take a little road trip if there's time. And I'm definitely carving out time for the beach. I mean, you can't come to Australia and not get your toes in the sand."

With a passion for live performance, Rimes admits she's had "so many" favourite moments from her years of touring.

"I remember playing tiny clubs in Texas when I was 11 or 12, just me and my mum driving to gigs together. Then years later, singing at the Grammy Awards or in stadiums across the world," she recalled.

"But honestly, some of my favourite moments are the quiet ones. Those times when the audience is totally still, and I know we're all feeling the same thing in that moment. That connection keeps me coming back."

The upcoming tour will pay tribute to some of her most iconic collaborations. "Every artist brings their own perspective and when you truly listen, it makes you better."

"Whether it was working with Elton John, Ziggy Marley, Reba McIntyre, Bon Jovi or Ronan Keating — I've learned that the best collaborations happen when ego is left at the door and the heart leads the way."

Rimes admits that her sound has evolved over the years, fuelled by not being afraid to change course. "It's been very organic. I've never been afraid to follow where the music leads," she said.

These Aussie shows really show how strong Rimes' connection with her fans still is — and how much she still loves performing on stage.

"This tour is my thank you to everyone who's been on this ride with me. If they leave feeling seen, lifted and reminded that their story matters just as much as mine, then I've done what I came to do."
