Kim Kardashian tried to stop the most sickening thing Kanye West has done so far.

Things have gotten even more complicated between Kim Kardashian and her ex-husband, Kanye West. And this time, it involves Sean "Diddy" Combs.

Recently, West publicly accused Kardashian and what he calls the "Kardashian mob" of restricting his access to their four children.

On March 15, 2025, West released a song titled 'Lonely Roads Still Go to Sunshine' featuring his eldest daughter, North West, and Sean "Diddy" Combs. West and Kardashian have had an increasingly acrimonious co-parenting relationship since their split in 2021, and it seems West's decision to put their daughter on a song with Combs — who is currently awaiting trial on federal sex trafficking and racketeering charges — has not been received well by Kardashian.

In screenshots of a text conversation supposedly between West and Kardashian, which were shared by West on social media, it seems Kardashian attempted to block their daughter North from being featured on the song. In the messages, which have not been verified, Kardashian cites her ownership of North's trademark.

"I asked you at the time if I can trademark her name. You said yes. When she's 18 it goes to her. So stop," Kardashian wrote. "I sent paperwork over so she wouldn't be in the Diddy song. To protect her."

West responded with a direct threat: "Amend it or I'm going to war. And neither of us will recover from the public fallout. You're going to have to kill me."

Following the release of the song, West took to social media platform X to voice his frustrations about the co-parenting arrangement. "I DONT WANT TO JUST 'SEE' MY KIDS. I NEED TO RAISE THEM. I NEED TO HAVE SAY SO OF WEAR [sic] THEY GO TO SCHOOL AND WHO THEIR FRIENDS ARE AND WHOS [sic] HOUSES THEY SLEEP OVER WEATHER [sic] MY DAUGHTERS WEAR LIPSTICK AND PERFUME," West wrote.

West further claimed that "ALL THESE RIGHTS HAVE BEEN TAKEN FROM ME BY THE KARDASHIAN MOB HULU AND DISNEY AND THE BIGGER AGENDA TO USE THE SELECTIVELY BRED BLACK CHILDREN TO BE PLATFORMS TO INFLUENCE BLACK PEOPLE."

The rapper then compared his current custody arrangement to prison visitation, stating, "JUST SEEING MY KIDS IS LIKE VISITATION. ITS LIKE IM IN PRISON 'SEEING' MY KIDS."

Beyond the federal charges that Combs is facing, the rapper has also faced a slew of harrowing allegations of rape, abuse, and more. Sources told media outlets that Kardashian did not want North's name associated with Combs'.

According to reports, Kardashian sent cease and desist letters regarding the song's release and participated in an emergency mediation with a judge, which West did not attend.

The former couple share four children together: North, 11, Saint, 9, Chicago, 7, and Psalm, 5. Their divorce was finalised in 2022 after eight years of marriage.

West's recent outbursts come amid increasingly controversial behaviour on social media, including posts sharing anti-Semitic content in recent months.

Neither Kardashian, Hulu, nor Disney have publicly responded to West's accusations at the time of reporting.
