It's official: Khloe Kardashian has given birth to a baby girl.

Khloe Kardashian has given birth to her baby girl, days after her partner, the baby’s father Tristan Thompson, was caught apparently cheating while on a trip to New York.

TMZ broke the story of Khloe’s birth, reporting the 33-year-old delivered her baby early on Thursday morning – around 4am – at a hospital outside Cleveland.

Kourtney, Kim, Kris and Khloe’s best friend Malika were all reportedly there beside her, and so too was Thompson.

Though Khloe is yet to announce the birth herself, her mother Kris posted a congratulations message to Instagram on Thursday afternoon.

“Congratulations to Khloe Kardashian on welcoming another girl to the KarJenner clan,” the caption reads, alongside a video of Kendall saying “baby, baby, baby”.

Days before giving birth, CCTV footage of Thompson allegedly kissing a woman at a LA nightclub emerged. Khloe has yet to comment on reports her partner cheated on her while pregnant.

On Wednesday, three separate videos were released – two are believed to of the same woman on the same night, and one was reportedly captured in October of the basketballer with two women in a club.

The 33-year-old announced she was expecting a child with 27-year-old partner on a special episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians in January.

Khloe and Tristan are understood to have been together since September 2016.

During a family barbecue with the Kardashians and Jenners, as well as Tristan’s family, the new father said, “I think it’s perfect timing that my family’s here and all your family’s here to unite as one.”

“KoKo, wanna throw the hammer down?”

“We’re having a baby!” Khloe said, to the immediate surprise and joy of her family.

Later in the episode, Khloe calls Kylie and Kendall, who weren’t in attendance, to tell them the news, and it’s Kylie’s reaction that caught everyone’s attention.

“Stop! Are you kidding because I’m going to cry?!” Kylie said. “I’m so happy for you! And Tristan!”

Meanwhile, Kris Jenner hugged Khloe and said, “I just never thought that this one was going to be able to have a baby. I just want you to be happy.”

During her pregnancy, Khloe was open about her health complications, including her struggle with low levels of progesterone. The medication she was taking to treat it, however, wreaked havoc on her body, leaving her unable to walk and feeling sick every night.

Luckily, the medication worked, and she ultimately had a safe and healthy pregnancy.
