ICYMI, it's the first girls-trip to space.

Move over Bali and Mykonos, the ultimate girls' getaway just got an interstellar upgrade.

In what can only be described as 'The White Lotus: Space Edition,' an all-female crew — known as Missions NS-31 — is set to be blasted into space. Who will be a part of this crew, you might ask? As surprising as it sounds… Katy Perry.

That's right… Katy Perry, Lauren Sanchez, and Gayle King are set to become the first all-female crew to blast into space since 1963.

Blue Origin, Jeff Bezos's space company, recently announced the mission, and the three women are scheduled to take their friendship to literal new heights aboard one of Bezos's rockets.

Perry, Sanchez and King will be accompanied by film producer Kerianne Flynn, civil rights activist Amanda Nguyen, and former NASA rocket scientist Aisha Bowe.

For those wondering how this cosmic friendship formed, let's just say when your boyfriend owns a rocket company (looking at you, Lauren Sanchez), inviting your gal pals for a quick trip to space is a given.

"(Sanchez) is honoured to lead a team of explorers on a mission that will challenge their perspectives of Earth, empower them to share their own stories, and create lasting impact that will inspire generations to come," Blue Origin said in a statement.

The mission marks a significant moment for women in space, being the first all-female crew since Soviet cosmonaut Valentina Tereshkova became the first woman in space in 1963. Though we're fairly certain Tereshkova didn't have a luxury hamper or matching space pyjamas.

"If you had told me that I would be part of the first ever all-female crew in space," Katy Perry posted on Facebook, "I would have believed you." Iconic.

No word yet on whether they'll be playing "Truth or Dare" while orbiting Earth, but one thing's certain: this girls' trip will have the best views ever, and zero chance of bad weather ruining their plans.

The mission is scheduled for later this year, giving us all plenty of time to update our definition of #travelgoals.

Now, if you'll excuse us, we need to check if our frequent flyer points can get us to the International Space Station.
