Fans call out Kate Ritchie's co-host for being inappropriate in her Instagram snap.

At first glance, it looks like an innocent photo of two long-time coworkers celebrating at an office Melbourne Cup party.

But eagle-eyed fans of Kate Ritchie and Tim Blackwell, who co-host the afternoon Kate, Tim & Marty Show on NOVA’s 96.9, have spotted something a little…off…about the snap.

Although it was posted four weeks ago, fans are only just beginning to notice that Tim’s hand placement is a little…inappropriate in the image.

(Even though, when I look at is, all I can see is a completely innocent snap of two long-time coworkers posing together at an event…)

“Is tim touching your arse Kate??” wrote one fan, while another simply commented, “colleague butt grab”.

“Friends don’t touch a married woman’s ass…” another of Kate’s followers wrote.

The 38-year-old former Home and Away star’s relationship has been the subject of much tabloid scrutiny in 2016.

Just this week, Woman’s Day reported that Kate and her co-host Tim had grown “incredibly close” since they first started working together in 2008.

“It would only be natural if Tim’s wife Monique or Kate’s husband Stuart weren’t entirely comfortable about their friendship,” a source told the publication.

Let’s take a moment to appreciate the fact that Kate and Tim have been working together, on and off, for EIGHT YEARS. That’s a lot of time spent together, so of course, it’s only natural that the duo are great friends.

Kate has been married to former professional rugby league player Stuart Webb since 2010, and the pair have one daughter, two-year-old Mae, together.

The couple has been plagued by split rumours for months, but Kate silenced the critics when she paid tribute to her husband on their sixth wedding anniversary in September.

“Six years ago today…” she wrote alongside a candid selfie with her husband.

The Kate, Tim & Marty Show show is currently on break for the rest of the year, and will return in January 2017.
