Last week, a concerning and highly invasive video of Kate Ritchie was published by the Daily Mail, showing the Nova radio host in visible distress in a Sydney park.
The footage quickly circulated the internet and sparked massive debate across social media platforms, reigniting conversations about celebrity privacy and mental health.
People on social media expressed outrage that someone chose to film and sell footage of Ritchie, rather than offer their support.
Ritchie herself addressed the video just yesterday. Now, her Nova co-hosts, Ryan 'Fitzy' Fitzgerald and Michael 'Wippa' Wipfli, have offered their support.

Speaking on air, Wippa confirmed that their "beautiful colleague and close friend" is taking some time out from the show.
"Thank you for all the calls and all the messages that we've received and Kate's been receiving," Wippa said.
"We've all been chatting with her and checking in regularly. Mental illness is tough and what was portrayed in the media was not right. There was an option to help and that was not taken, rather it was filmed and sold for commercial purposes."
Fitzy agreed with his co-host, saying: "What you saw last week, obviously visually she was very distressed," he said. "In a time like that when you see someone who is visually struggling, like she was, our thought is to extend your arms and go over and try and support that person.
