It’s clear that the co-founder of athleisure line Fabletics is focusing more on the athletics side of athleisure, looking healthy and happy.

This is not the first time the Almost Famous star has appeared cheeks first on Instagram. In January, Hudson stylist Sophie Lopez posted a photo of Hudson’s enviable bum enjoying a bubble bath.

For those wondering how she maintains her figure, Hudson explains her workout routine and her high-alkaline diet (meaning she eats mostly tofu, nuts, fruits and vegetables) in her book Pretty Happy: Healthy Ways to Love Your Body, which came out in February.

She told Self Magazine that for her, the key is changing up her routine.

“I’ll do Tracy Anderson, I’ll do Body by Simone, I do everything.”
