The new allegations against Kanye West are getting so much worse.

Kanye West has long been a controversial figure in the entertainment sphere, known for his bold statements and actions that often stir debate. But more recently, troubling new allegations against the rapper and fashion mogul have continued to emerge.

In June 2024, West's former assistant filed a lawsuit against him alleging sexual harrassment, breach of contract and wrongful termination. The same month saw several other employees of West coming forward with their own claims of mistreatment.

And it doesn't stop there.

Here are the latest updates on all the allegations that have been made against West.

November 2024: Kanye West is accused of choking a model on the set of a 2010 music video.

According to a complaint filed in federal court in November 2024, which was obtained by USA TODAY, former America's Next Top Model contestant Jennifer An was on the set of La Roux's 'In for the Kill' music video when West allegedly choked her with both of his hands.

An was allegedly singled out by Ye during a shoot when he pointed at her and said, "Give me the Asian girl." The complaint claims Ye smothered her, shoved his fingers into her throat, and shouted, "This is art. This is f***ing art. I am like Picasso," while instructing cameras to film. Despite being surrounded by others, An reportedly felt isolated and helpless.

"Women in the music and entertainment industries have been subject to sexual abuse for years with no recourse to speak out or implement change. This space is a dangerous place for women. We are essentially objects in the entertainment world," An's legal team shared in a statement.

October 2024: Kanye West is accused of investigating the Kardashians and his wife, Bianca Censori.

Kanye West's former 'director of intelligence', John Doe filed a lawsuit against the rapper, claiming that he was instructed to investigate the Kardashian family as well as hiring private investigators, at West's demand, to follow Censori during a trip to Australia, as per Variety.

"John Doe was also tasked by Ye with investigating the Kardashian family and supposed various criminal links Ye believed they had with criminal enterprises, including alleged sex trafficking," the suit claimed.

Doe alleged that West became threatening after he reported sexual abuse claims at West's Donda Academy, triggering the plaintiff's PTSD and causing anxiety. He also claimed West owes him unpaid wages.

West's representation have denied Doe's claims as "simply fantastical and false."

October 2024: Kanye West's ex-assistant files an amended lawsuit with new claims involving Sean 'Diddy' Combs.

Just four months after her original lawsuit, West's ex-assistant Laura Pisciotta filed an amended suit with a set of new allegations about the rapper. Pisciotta claimed that West drugged and then sexually assaulted her whilst she was attending a studio session with him and Sean 'Diddy' Combs.

Pisciotta recalled attending a studio session co-hosted by Combs, and where allegedly drinks were served to all those in attendance, "followed by an announcement that everybody had to drink, if they wanted to stay".

Pisciotta claims her drink was "laced with an unidentified drug", causing her to lose all recollection of what happened that evening. Feeling "immense shame and embarrassment", it wasn't until years later that West admitted to Pisciotta that they "did kind of hook up."

After these events, Pisciotta said that she attempted to distance herself slowly, in fear that West would "retaliate", but was unfortunately allegedly fired shortly after.

June 2024: More allegations from former employees against Kanye West and his former Chief of Staff, Milo Yiannopoulos.

Shortly after the first set of allegations made by West's assistant, more former employees started to come forward with their own claims about West.

The lawsuit alleges that West and his former Cheif of Staff, Milo Yiannopoulos engaged in "forced labor and cruel inhuman, or degrading treatment", including a failure to pay promised wages to both adult and minor workers as well as mocking employees with racist remarks.

In early 2024, West hired a group of developers, which included minors, to help build his YZYVSN streaming service app. The suit alleges that West forced all employees to sign a non-disclosure agreements, and even threatened to fire the minors or not pay them if they did not.

One alarming claim alleged that white managers would use discriminatory language when talking to minority and foreign employees in group chats, with some being referred to as "slaves."

In late April, West announced Yeezy Porn, an adult film business. According to the court documents, West's wife Bianca Censori sent a link that contained sexually explicit footage, which the minor employees were subjected to while developing the app. Despite this claim, Censori is not listed as a defendant in the suit.

West allegedly never paid the employees for their work.

June 2024: Kanye West's ex-assistant files lawsuit against him.

In June 2024, Kanye West's previous assistant, Lauren Pisciotta filed a lawsuit against the rapper, accusing him of several charges including sexual harassment, breach of contract and wrongful termination.

As per Rolling Stone, Pisciotta filed court documents that outlined West's alleged inappropriate behaviour, including sending sexually explicit messages and videos to Pisciotta and in one instance, locking her in a room and performing sexual acts in front of her.

One of the alleged text messages West sent Pisciotta was included in the court documents.

"See my problem is I be wanting to f**k but then after I f**k I want a girl to tell me how hard they been f**ked while I'm f**king them," West allegedly wrote.

"Then I want her to cheat on me."

Pisciotta claimed that she also witnessed West demanding sexual favours for himself and his male friends from his wife. She alleged that West would call her with the pretence of discussing work-related matters, but proceed to masturbate on the phone.

Amongst several other troubling allegations against West, including asking Pisciotta to deliver him a sexual enhancement "honey" and being "fixated on the penis size" of her boyfriends, perhaps the biggest claim in the suit is regarding a flight to Paris, when West allegedly locked Pisciotta in a room, where he lay on the bed and masturbated in front of her until he fell asleep.

Pisciotta was promoted to Chief of Staff at Yeezy in September 2022, however, she claims to have been fired a month after, and was never paid out her the severance of USD $3 million (AUD $4.5 million) that she was promised.

West has responded in a statement to PEOPLE, calling the claims "baseless allegations".

West reportedly accused Pisciotta of "blackmail and extortion" and also claimed that she "used sexual coercion in an attempt to demand not only money but material items, namely Hermès Birkin bags, a Lamborghini."
