CONFIRMED: It's the celebrity baby news we've all been waiting for.

Attention everyone. This is not a drill.

After many rumours in the last few months, one of the most genetically blessed couples on the planet, Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake, have confirmed they are having a baby.

Timberlake confirmed the news in an Instagram post today, which also happens to be his birthday:

The couple reportedly met in 2007, but waited until 2008 to publicly announce their relationship.They married in October 2012 in a ceremony in Italy.

Baby rumours began to circulate, a few months ago, with people close to the couple confirming the pregnancy.

The couple are happy to stay out of the public eye, neither of them having posted about each other or their exciting news on social media, but judging from the loved-up pictures of the couple, a baby will be a welcome addition to the couple and their little family.

“Every once in a while I can catch a glimpse of her when she doesn’t see me looking and I have this moment where I’m like if you never make a good decision…if you only make bad decisions for the rest of your life, you made one really good decision,” Justin said in an interview earlier this year.

The couple are showing no signs of slowing down even with their exciting baby news: Jessica has guest starred on hit TV show ‘New Girl’ with Zooey Deschanel and Justin is about to finish up his huge ‘The 20/20 Experience’ world tour.

We have loved Jessica and Justin since way back when, and they have been a constant course of celebrity love/envy for the last 2 decades.

Jessica first found fame at 14 years old when she was cast in hit TV show 7th Heaven. She played the eldest daughter, Mary Camden, over the 11 years the show ran.

Since then she has been top in our list of dream celebrity best friends, appearing in romantic comedies Elizabethtown and Valentines Day and supporting charities like UNHCR, PETA and Live Earth.

Justin started his celebrity life in the infamous boyband N*Sync, but made the bold move to go out on his own.

Much like Beyonce before him, Justin reached a level of superstardom on his own that he never could have in his band.

He has released 4 albums, which have all graced the top 100 charts and are loved by millions.
