The Bachelor’s Holly and Jimmy have welcomed a baby boy with an adorable name.

We watched their love blossom on The Bachelor Australia, and now, Jimmy Nicholson and Holly Kingston have welcomed their first child together.

The couple announced the news on their social media, telling the story of their little one's birth and the "stubborn" way he entered the world, with their fans.

In a series of photos posted to Instagram, the couple beamed as they posed with their baby boy. He was wrapped in blankets, surrounded by his parents, and one even pictured him in a tiny hat with ducks on it. It really doesn't get sweeter than that.

As for the name, they decided to share it: Lennox James Nicholson. And, they even shared their little one's sweet nickname.

"Introducing our beautiful Lenny boy, who arrived into our lives on Monday evening... 3.35kg, frank breech and butt first via C-section (Yes, he's already a stubborn little thing like his parents)," they wrote.

The new parents said they were overcome with love for their little boy.

"At the risk of sounding cliché, it's certainly true what they say, there is no handbook to prepare you for this kind of love overnight," they said.

"Thank you for choosing us little man, waking up to you the last few mornings has truly felt like a dream. You already have us wrapped around your very long fingers and toes."

The couple announced their pregnancy back in June. They shared photos looking elated as Holly cradled her growing baby bump in a white maxi dress.

"COMING 2024!" they captioned the carousel.

Shortly after the announcement went live, fans and friends flocked to the comments to offer their congratulations.

"You're welcome," wrote The Bachelor Australia host, Osher Gunsberg.

Fellow Bachelor and father-of-two Matty J thought it would be best to offer some words of wisdom, writing: "Congrats guys... enjoy your last few months of freedom before you enter hell! Just kidding, parenting is great."

Overcoming infertility challenges.

While Jimmy and Holly are so happy to be holding their bundle of joy, their journey to becoming pregnant wasn't an easy one.

"As the saying goes... nothing worth having comes easy," the couple said in a joint post back in June.

"Our journey to this positive result certainly wasn't a walk in the park. Nothing could've prepared us for the lack of control, the pressure, the disappointment and overwhelming isolation that we felt."

They said watching those around them announce pregnancies had weighed on them. "Every time we saw one of these posts, no matter how happy we wanted to be for those on the receiving end... it stung," they said.

Ultimately, the couple wanted to share their story to make it clear to their followers that they understood that the road to a positive pregnancy isn't as simple as often shown on social media.

"Whilst we were struggling through this privately, we made a promise to ourselves that if/when we do eventually get pregnant, we will acknowledge on here that it wasn't as easy as we had anticipated... in the hopes it might make some feel less alone," they said.

"For those looking at this right now experiencing infertility or loss, we see you and from the bottom of our hearts hope a little miracle comes your way too. Sending so much love and thanks for the support on our biggest adventure yet."

Jimmy Nicholson and Holly Kingston's love story.

As we hit "like" on their birth announcement, we couldn't help but go down memory lane, because the two were total strangers to one another just three years ago.

Now, they're married and ready to start a family.

In 2021, Jimmy, a pilot hailing from Sydney's Northern Beaches, fronted reality show The Bachelor, hoping to find love. Despite many women vying for his heart, it was evident from the beginning that his eyes were set on Holly.

Holly, a marketing manager from New South Wales, fought to be the last woman standing and had to deal with petty drama and cattiness from fellow contestants during her time in the mansion.

After the finale aired, the pair quickly moved in together, and on their first anniversary, Jimmy got down on one knee and popped the question while on holiday in southern Italy.
