Kid's entertainer Jimmy Rees (or Giggle as all mums know him) is now a dad of twins.

Popular children’s entertainer and host of the ABC’s Giggle and Hoot, Jimmy Giggle, 31, who’s real name is Jimmy Rees, and his wife Tori, have welcomed twin boys into their family. The twins join three-year-old big brother, Lenny.

Announcing the birth on Instagram on Wednesday, Rees wrote, “THE BABIES ARE HERE! Tori and I couldn’t be prouder to share the safe arrival of Mack & Vinny!”

The babies, whom Rees said weighed 2.46kg and 2.33kg respectively, “are doing amazing.” Rees also paid tribute to his wife in the post.

“Tori is a total superstar, she was born to be a mummy and continues to surprise me with her innate ability to just know what to do,” he said.

The excited father-of-three also declared the family’s “hearts have doubled in size” and warned his almost 11,000 followers to “prepare for some serious baby spam!”.

Tori also shared a happy image of herself with Rees and the newborns on Instagram, with a heartfelt message to anyone experiencing issues with fertility, as she and Rees have done.

“I would really like to take this time when I am sharing our families insanely special time to acknowledge the hardships so many families and women are going through in their own fertility journey,” she wrote. “Jimmy and I had a very personal tough journey that is so important to acknowledge.”

“Those families who are struggling- please stay strong, please don’t give up hope on that family, please get help in whatever way you can, please allow yourself to grieve and please speak up to people who understand.”

Tori added she is “right there for anyone who is going through a fertility journey of their own.”

Rees previously told Stellar magazine in 2018 that he and Tori had found conceiving after the birth of Lenny challenging.

“We’re trying; it’s proving a little difficult… It’s one of those things where we’re like, ‘Do we intervene and do something different?’ We’re at that stage. But we’re sure it’ll happen, and we’ve just got to be patient,” he said.

Life will certainly be busier for the family-of-five now; Rees is set to join this year’s cast of Dancing With The Stars – in merely a fortnight’s time.
