If any of Jennifer Lawrence’s friends are planning on getting hitched any time soon, they can count the actress out of the wedding party.
She’s done with that role. For good.
Speaking to Vanity Fair, the A-list superstar said she’s already played the part four times – and that’s enough.
“Weddings rock, but I will never be a bridesmaid again,” she said. “There needs to be a bridesmaids’ union. It’s horrendous.”
At 26, the star is surrounded by friends who are tying the knot, which could make things a tad awkward if they extend the offer.
But Lawrence has already prepped her response: “If anyone asks me again, I’m going to say, ‘No. That part of my life is over. I appreciate the ask.'”
And don’t worry, she’s not going be hypocritical when it comes time for her own nuptials. There won’t be matching mauve anywhere in sight.
“If I do ever get married, I don’t think I will have bridesmaids,” she told Vanity Fair.
“How can I rank my friends?”
