This dog wedding is the glimmer of hope we all need right now.

If you, like me, believe that animals are purer than humans and deserve all the happiness in the world, then you will be thrilled at the news that the dogs of YouTuber Jenna Marbles just got married.

In the wake of Trump’s shock Presidential victory, Jenna decided there was room for a little more love on the Internet this week. And let’s face it – the combination of DOGS and LOVE and DOGS WHO ARE IN LOVE is a pretty foolproof equation for making the world a better place.

Jenna’s Italian greyhounds Kermit and Peach have been in love for a while now but decided to tie the knot for real on Wednesday.

The blushing bride and the handsome groom were joined by the YouTube star's Chihuahua, Marbles, who performed the role of celebrant.

Friends and family of the couple joined them in their backyard, where the celebrant had a little nap during the ceremony and the groom lay down during the vows.
