Nine women have accused actor and musician Jared Leto of inappropriate behaviour and sexual misconduct.
A new report published by Air Mail details the allegations, which include accusations of inappropriate behaviour towards teenage girls.
"It's been an open secret for a long time," one of the women told Air Mail.
Included in the allegations is one that Leto exposed himself to a then-17-year-old girl and began to masturbate.
Model Laura La Rue alleged that Leto engaged in an inappropriate relationship with her in 2008. At the time, she was 16, while he was 36.
After meeting at an event, Leto allegedly asked La Rue how old she was, to which she replied, 'I'm 16. How old are you?'.
They then struck up a text and email correspondence, which led to Leto inviting her to his home.
"I remember him teasing me the whole time I was there," La Rue said, adding: "He was flirting with me. He'd lean in close, then pull away, like it was a game."
At another meet-up at Leto's home, La Rue claimed that Leto "walked out, d**k out, like it was normal".
"I thought maybe this was just what adult men do," she added.
In a statement to Air Mail, a representative for Leto denied La Rue's account of events.
"Their communications contain nothing sexual or inappropriate … and Ms La Rue later applied to work as Mr Leto's personal assistant, further underscoring the absence of anything inappropriate in any of their interactions," the statement read. Via Air Mail, La Rue denied having applied for a personal assistant job with Leto.
