Isabela Ferrer played a young Blake Lively in It Ends With Us. She also has claims against Justin Baldoni.

Justin Baldoni has been hit with new allegations amid his ongoing legal battle with Blake Lively. But this time, they're from another cast member of It Ends With Us.

Isabela Ferrer, who played a younger version of Lively's character Lily Bloom in the Colleen Hoover adaptation, accused Baldoni and his associates of acting "inappropriately" towards her after she received a subpoena from Lively's counsel as part of the ongoing legal battle, according to court documents obtained by E! News.

The documents, filed on Sunday against Baldoni's production company Wayfarer Studios, claim the 24-year-old asked to have her legal fees covered, as per her movie contract.

However, she allegedly received a response from the company asking her to "relinquish control of her response to the Lively subpoena to Wayfarer" before receiving any compensation.

Ferrer's lawyers say this would have prevented her from providing the documents "that reveal the true facts".

According to E! News, Ferrer's lawyers claim Baldoni filed a recent motion against the young actress to "harass" her after she refused to agree to his terms.

Listen to the case development explained on The Quicky. Post continues below.

They allege he has tried to "manipulate, threaten, control and otherwise act inappropriately" towards Ferrer.

The documents allege Baldoni's recent motion against Ferrer is "yet another attempt to manipulate the press, to create havoc on a young, up-and-coming and talented actress and to violate this court's policies on the publishing of non-party personally identifying information."

Her lawyers continued: "The motion is just the latest in a broader pattern of conduct by Baldoni to bully Ms Ferrer.

"While Ms. Ferrer will faithfully comply with her legal obligations under any subpoena, summons or court order, she obviously will not be intimidated or extorted by any party to otherwise participate in the proceedings."

Lively is suing her co-star for sexual harassment — allegations Baldoni has denied.

A judge dismissed his countersuit against Lively and her husband Ryan Reynolds in June, determining the director failed to prove the couple had defamed him.

Lively's case is due to face trial in March 2026.

Here's everything that has happened in the Blake Lively, Justin Baldoni legal row.

Lively and Baldoni have been locked in a legal battle for months.

Lively sued first, accusing Baldoni of sexual harassment and an alleged smear campaign to "destroy" her reputation — a move made shortly after she shared details of her allegations with The New York Times in December 2024.

She claimed Baldoni created a "hostile work environment that nearly derailed the production of the film" and levelled several serious sexual harassment allegations, citing "severe emotional distress".

Baldoni's $400 million ($614 million AUD) counter-suit alleged defamation, extortion and invasion of privacy, accusing Lively, Reynolds, publicist Leslie Sloane and The New York Times of launching a smear campaign against him.

At one point, even pop star Taylor Swift became embroiled in the chaos as Baldoni successfully campaigned to have her private phone communications brought forward as evidence.

On June 9, a judge dismissed Baldoni's suit, saying the director couldn't sue his co-star for defamation over her claims, because allegations made in a lawsuit are exempt from libel claims.

The judge did say Baldoni could amend and refile some of his claims related to the alleged breach of contract by Lively. However, he ultimately opted not to do so.

Instead, Baldoni's legal team said they were shifting strategy to focus on his defence and "pursuing additional legal options that are available".

"The court's decision on the motion to dismiss has no effect whatsoever on the truth that there was no harassment nor any smear campaign, and it does not in any way affect our vigorous defence against Ms. Lively's claims," his attorney Bryan Freedman said in a statement, per Page Six.

"We are confident that we will prevail against these factually baseless accusations."

Lively's team celebrated the dismissal as a "total victory".

Following the dismissal, Lively shared an Instagram Story praising the news.

"Like so many others, I've felt the pain of a retaliatory lawsuit, including the manufactured shame that tries to break us. While the suit against me was defeated, so many don't have the resources to fight back," she wrote.

"I'm more resolved than ever to continue to stand for every woman's right to have a voice in protecting themselves, including their safety, their integrity, their dignity and their story."

"With love and gratitude for the many who stood by me, many of you I know. Many of you I don't. But I will never stop appreciating or advocating for you," the post concluded.

Prior to the judge dismissing Baldoni's suit, Lively was asked to withdraw two of her allegations against him — the intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligent infliction of emotional distress.

The original lawsuit filed by Lively against Baldoni and Wayfarer Studios alleging sexual harassment and retaliation is scheduled to go to trial next March.

It will focus on Lively's original claims against Baldoni and his attorney's defence.
