Sophie Monk has shared her thoughts on Jarrod finding love with Keira.

Don’t you hate it when you find out that guy you went on one or two dates with (and didn’t really even like) has a new girlfriend?

No, you didn’t want him then. No, if you’re being honest with yourself, you don’t want him now. But couldn’t he have waited until you were in a new relationship before finding a girlfriend?

Sophie Monk seems to be feeling a lil’ but like this right now, and to be honest, we don’t blame her. We have ALL BEEN THERE.

During the television host’s interview with 2Day FM’s Fifi, Fev and Byron on Thursday, 38-year-old Sophie hinted that she was maybe, just a tiny bit jealous of the winery manager she rejected in The Bachelorette finale, Jarrod Woodgate, and his relationship with Keira Maguire.

Host Brendan Fevola brought their romance up (just to rub it in, right?) commenting, “that guy you left stranded on that long beach, he’s all loved up.”

“Yeah, I’m not, and he is,” Sophie replied.

“I think they [her former Bachelorette suitors] all found love except for me… I don’t know what that’s saying about me really.”

And while it’s not the case that every single one of the men has found love, there’s certainly been a few notable rejects who are now happy with girlfriends.

Financial man James Trethewie shared in January that he has a new girlfriend, Brett Moore famously got kicked off Bachelor in Paradise for his relationship with fellow Bachelor franchise alumnus Stephanie Boulton, and Sam Cochrane is engaged to Tara Pavlovic.

However, while Sophie might be a bit jealous of the relationship, she’s not pining for the man she rejected.

“But good on him [Jarrod] though, he’s adorable.”

Sophie confirmed she’s still single and has been since her split with the man she chose over Jarrod, Stu Laundy.

In a statement on her Instagram in January, Sophie said she and the publican father-of-four would remain friends, but were “very different people“.

“I went into this experience looking to settle down and start a family. I gave it the best shot I could and my intentions were everything I said I was looking for, but unfortunately, it just didn’t work out.”

The statement Stu made to Confidential a week later was pretty similar, although with the inclusion of a comment we hope Sophie didn’t read.

“Sadly for me, I may have had the love of my life in my ex-wife and wasted it but I’ll keep searching.”
