Oversized graphic tees are everywhere and if your first thought is "potato sack with sleeves," trust me, I've been there.

Pre-stylist days, I wasn't convinced either, as I thought I'd be swallowed in fabric and the style simply wouldn't work.

But hear me out, because when styled well, an oversized tee can become one of the most versatile pieces in your wardrobe and a pretty easy outfit combo you can throw on and go.

Lately, oversized tees have become one of the most common requests from my clients, and they're also a hot topic in my DMs anytime I share a picture of me wearing them on my feed.

So, let's break down some places to shop for oversized graphic tees.

But before we dive headfirst into the shopping list, let me share a few stylist-approved tips to help you nail shopping for oversized graphic tees.

Check the model specs.

Online shopping can feel like a gamble. Always check the model's height and size details to understand how oversized the tee may look for you.

Read the reviews.

Shoppers leave gold nuggets of advice in reviews. Fit, fabric feel, true to size details.

Ignore the size label.

Oversized tees don't follow general sizing guides. I roughly wear mostly from size 12–14 these days, and some of my fave tees land in an XS or S size range, which generally speaking isn't sizing I usually reach for. When it comes to oversized tees, it's more about the fit, how you style them and definitely not the size on the tag.

Style them different ways.

Oversized tees are styling chameleons. Tuck them into shorts, pants or event skirts, let them hang loose over bike shorts, layer them over a satin or lace skirt, or knot them at the waist with your favourite bottoms.

Palm Collective is a new Aussie label that has been on my radar, and it's all because of their graphic oversized tees. 

Think relaxed fits, dreamy prints, and a colour palette that screams modern coastal chic. Their Soleil Tee is currently sitting in my cart (oops) and I think it's about to go from in my cart to check out.

Cotton On Premium Boxy Graphic Tee, $34.99.

Ah, good ol Cotton On. Reliable, budget-friendly, and surprisingly stylish when it comes to graphic tees. I have to say that Cotton On was onto graphic tees before they became ultra-popular. 

Their Premium Boxy Graphic Tee is a standout. I love the great price point, and available in plenty of designs.

Sabbi Vintage Tees, $79.95–$89.95.

If you've been following me on socials for a while, you'll know I've been raving about Sabbi for over a year now. I knew they would blow up, indeed they did. I could see their trajectory happening from a mile away.

Their graphic tees are bold, fun, and consistently sell out for a reason. Each piece feels like a work of art, thanks to the unique slogans and hand-drawn artwork. If you spot one you love, don't sit on it, they sell out fast.

I can never go past a slogan graphic print tee, especially when it gives off seaside, coastal vibes. Their IL SOLE TEE WARM WHITE is a personal fave. I love the contrast of the white, red, and blue. It's effortlessly chic and perfect for that laid back summer feel.

Another standout Aussie label delivering fashion-forward pieces without breaking the bank is The Self Styler. They've certainly mastered the cool girl oversized tee brief with a decent range of styles.

If I had to pick just one must-have from their collection, it would be the Kenni Relaxed Fit Graphic Tee, a piece that effortlessly balances comfort and style.

The Iconic is like the candy store for graphic tees. Think of it as a one-stop shop for all your tees. Recently, I keep coming back to a tee by Topshop, the Graphic Majorca Art Oversized Tee.

It's the cool print, the price point, and the fact that it says Majorca 1986 which, fun fact, is the year I was born. Call it nostalgia, call it style, either way, I'm sold.

Cult Scandi brand Ganni is one of the OGs for nailing the oversized graphic tee silhouette. They're not exactly budget-friendly, but they've earned their reputation.

Ganni is also B Corp certified, so you can feel good about your purchase. Their iconic Cherry print styled Tee remains one of my all-time faves. Ganni also has an incredible size range, with up to size 4XL.

City Chic Sorrento tee, $59.95.

For my plus-size queens, this one is for you. City Chic has been delivering lately, and I'm loving this new evolution of fashion-forward pieces. Their oversized graphic tees are on trend, and the Sorrento Tee in pink is a standout.

Their tees are available in sizes 12–24, and are playful, comfy, and perfect for throwing on with your fave jeans, shorts or even over bike shorts.
