If you're ever lucky enough to be a fly on the wall during my downtime, you'll see me curled up on the couch watching an endless stream of organisational TikTok videos.

There's just something about clean and tidy homes that's so, so satisfying.

I moved into my tiny apartment four years ago, and quickly realised that without a system in place, chaos would ensue. 

I'd find myself with three packets of paprika in the pantry because I forgot I already had two, and I'd be cramming things into random spots just to keep them out of sight.

Eventually, I reached a breaking point, and something had to change. It had been about a year and I just couldn't live that way anymore.
