1. Hamish Blake received a Father’s Day “report card” from his son Sonny. He got a… B-minus.

Father’s Day is nearly upon us and dads are preparing themselves for appreciation, gifts, and… report cards (??).

Well, that’s what comedian Hamish Blake, 37, received anyway.

Blake shared to his Instagram a “report card” he received from his five-year-old son, Sonny, who gave him an overall “B minus” for his efforts.

The card, prepared during Sonny’s kindergarten class, asked him to answer a few questions about his father.

In answer to the question, “What’s dad’s favourite thing to do?”, Sonny responded: “Go to the beach. He likes ice cream. His favourite drink: alcohol.”

Dads all over Australia will be getting the kinder Fathers Day card over the next few days and I’ve come to realise now it’s basically like getting a parental report card. Even though this year I’m portrayed as an ice cream loving boozehound who’s a bit of a pushover when it comes to requests for hot chocolates and chips, I guess I can’t say that’s entirely inaccurate, so all things considered I got out ok. B minus!

Asked why he loves his dad, the kindergarten student mentioned, among other things, that Hamish “gives me the food I want.” Which is lovely.

And what would Sonny do if he had a “million trillion dollars” to buy his dad any gift he wanted? He would buy his father “Six scoops of ice cream”.

We didn’t think we could love Sonny Blake anymore. We were wrong.

2. “I’ve spent more time in bed.” Jesinta Franklin on her ‘really difficult’ pregnancy.

Currently pregnant with her first baby, Jesinta Franklin shared the difficult first 12 weeks of her pregnancy.

Speaking to Daily Mail Australia at Myer’s 2019 Spring Style Edit Event in Melbourne, the 28-year-old model said her condition has kept her bed and couch bound.

“I’ve spent more time in bed and on the couch than I’ve actually [been] outdoors in the sunshine,” she said.

“But I’m feeling much better now.”

Earlier this week, Jessinta and Buddy announced their exciting baby news on Jesinta’s self-titled lifestyle app. She also mentioned they had struggled to fall pregnant – a battle they’ve been facing for the last two and a half years.

“My husband and I are so incredibly excited and overjoyed to announce that we have a baby on the way,” she wrote.

“The journey to get here hasn’t been easy and this little life is the greatest gift and we feel truly blessed and grateful that we have a little angel of our own.

“We have both dreamt of this for a long time and whilst the last 2.5 years have been physically and emotionally challenging, there’s nothing we would change as it’s brought us to this beautiful moment.

“The immense love we already have for our baby is indescribable and we can’t wait to meet our little miracle.”

Although the couple are aware of their future baby’s sex, they’re keeping it to themselves. For now at least.

3. “All those pics of Kaitlynn ended it.” The real reason Liam Hemsworth divorced Miley Cyrus so quickly.

In 12 days Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus’ relationship status went from “separated” to Liam officially filing for divorce, and according to US Weekly, Miley’s holiday with Kaitlynn Carter was to blame.

As news of the 26-year-old’s separation hit the media, the ‘Slide’ singer was on holidays in Lake Como, Italy with her older sister, Brandi, and the reality TV star. It was there that tabloid publication, Daily Mail, obtained photos of Miley and Kaitlynn kissing.

“He thought they could work it out, but all those pictures of her and Kaitlynn ended that,” said a source, speaking to US Weekly.

“Liam comes from a very conservative family and his family was freaked out by it.”

Despite this, Miley has been adamant that cheating did not play a role in their break up.

“The truth is, once Liam and I reconciled, I meant it, and I was committed. There are NO secrets to uncover here. I’ve learned from every experience in my life. I’m not perfect, I don’t want to be, it’s boring. I’ve grown up in front of you, but the bottom line is, I HAVE GROWN UP,” she wrote in a lengthy Instagram post.

“I can admit to a lot of things but I refuse to admit that my marriage ended because of cheating. Liam and I have been together for a decade. I’ve said it before and it remains true, I love Liam and always will.

“BUT at this point I had to make a healthy decision for myself to leave a previous life behind. I am the healthiest and happiest I have been in a long time. You can say I am a twerking, pot smoking, foul mouthed hillbilly but I am not a liar.

“I am proud to say, I am simply in a different place from where i [sic] was when I was a younger.”

4. A magazine published a naked ‘robot’ Billie Eilish on their cover. She’s furious.

Billie Eilish has featured on the cover of many magazines, most recently V Magazine, where she rocked a wedding dress.

But it’s her cover for Nylon Germany, that’s getting all the attention. You see, Billie had no idea it was happening.

So when the magazine designed a topless robotic image of her and placed it on the cover of their latest issue, Billie was understandably upset about it.

After seeing the cover for the first time, the 17-year-old singer took to Instagram to call out the magazine.

“I was never approached by Nylon about this piece whatsoever”, she said.

Nylon Germany later updated the post in response to Billie's comment.

"For this cover, it was never our intention to create a look that is confusing or insulting to Billie Eilish. It was only ever our intention to honour Billies impact and her work by creating this avatar which is part of a cover series highlighting the power of digital prodigy artists. This avatar is a piece of 3D artwork created in dedication to her achievements and the positive effect she has had on millions around the globe - including us," they said.

But their response very obviously lacked one thing. An apology.

And fans aren't happy about it.

"You should be ashamed of yourselves! She’s 17! The fact that this even exists is one thing, but without her consent?" one Instagram user commented.

"You’re so disrespectful!" said another.

Despite the backlash, the post is yet to be taken down.

5. "She's a great actress." The Bachelor's Mary on what Abbie was really like in the mansion.

Let's be honest, the rest of this season of The Bachelor won't be half as good without Mary, a.k.a the greatest narrator of our time.

The woman who brought us lines such as “Another day without a date, another day surrounded by panties” and “Rachael’s lips are so big because they are full of secrets” left the Bachie mansion on Thursday night’s episode and it was sad.

"I'm such a shit stirrer," she laughs, and yes she is but we love her for it. There's a lot of goss to get through, so strap yourselves in.

Abbie's been involved in almost all of the drama this season, and Mary reckons it's because she's playing the game a wee bit too hard.

"Like I said, 'And the Oscar goes to... Abbie!' She's a great actress girl, I'm telling you. As soon as the cameras and Matt are around, it's Abbie the actress. She gets in and she turns it on for him to make sure she wins because everything is a competition for her. It's like 'Abbie, please girl, get it together'."

Also, Mary 100 per cent does not believe that Abbie is ready for marriage and kids like she has told Matt she is.

"She's 23, she's such a young girl, loves partying. That's what started the whole drama, because she talks about how she loves partying but then in front of Matt she's like 'yeah, I'm ready for marriage and kids'. She's not being genuine because she's concentrated on winning him. I think there's two different personalities, she wasn't being real in front of him.

"I hope that he's watching and he's seeing how she's playing because you can clearly see that this girl likes when he gives her attention, so she's doing everything to grab his attention. I hope he can see now that we were telling the truth, that she was a bit of a player."
