
The 2022 virtual Golden Globes have come and gone for another year, announcing the start of this year's award ceremony season.
And it has been an unusual awards ceremony to say the least.
The gold statuettes acknowledge this year's top film and television series, and the creative minds behind them, as voted by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association.
Some winners were no-brainers, like Ted Lasso, others were more surprising.

Amazingly, Australia came out on top in this year's Golden Globes, with Nicole Kidman, Sarah Snook and Kodi Smit-McPhee all winning big! Kiwi director Jane Campion also won for her motion picture The Power of the Dog, a Netflix western.
