Georgia Love has confirmed her split with husband Lee Elliott after nine years together.
The couple met while filming The Bachelorette in 2016 when journalist Georgia was selected as Channel Ten's new Bachelorette, ending the reality TV show's second season run by choosing Elliot, who she later said she knew from the start was always going to be her first choice.
In 2019 the couple announced their engagement, with Georgia confirming the engagement news via her Instagram account by sharing a picture of the couple and her ring with a caption that read: "If you're not busy for the next 50 or 60 years...#YES!!".

Elliot proposed to Georgia by taking her out on the Hawkesbury River in New South Wales on the exact same boat the couple had their very first date on the show three years earlier.
After having to postpone their wedding their wedding twice due to the COVID-19 restrictions that were in place at the time, the couple finally married in a ceremony in Love's home state of Tasmania in 2021, surrounded by family and friends. They were married at the Frogmore Creek Winery outside Hobart, followed by an outdoor reception at the Shene Distillery.
