Becoming a father for the first time is, in so many ways, a life changing event. But while every new dad quickly develops his own, unique parenting style, there is one quality that inextricably links us all…our instinctive and deep-seated love of dad jokes.
For years, dad jokes have undoubtedly had a bad rep. Viewed by generations of embarrassed offspring as cringe-worthy, bad taste or just downright crap, so-called dad jokes have never received the comedy kudos they so thoroughly deserve.

I recently challenged my #dadtribe of the funniest Insta Dads, daddy bloggers and vloggers from across the globe to share with me their all-time favourite dad jokes for this feature. And their response was overwhelming, with submissions received from father figures across the UK and as far reaching as the USA, Australia and Fiji!
