The story of how a delivery driver told Kayla her boyfriend was cheating has gone viral.

When Kayla Speer decided to order her boyfriend , who lived three hours away, a surprise takeaway meal, she didn’t think the ordeal would end up with the delivery guy calling her to let her know he was cheating on her.

The young woman shared the story on Twitter, revealing that the delivery guy had looked through the window of her boyfriend’s house and seen him on the couch with a naked woman.

“I was at work one evening and thought I would do something nice for my bf and order him [food] for dinner while he was studying for finals,” she began.

She continued the story by saying she let the employee know the food was for her boyfriend, clarifying that it was a surprise. When her boyfriend texted her to say he was having a nap, she told him food was on the way and to wait up, but she never received a reply.

That’s when she got a call from the food delivery company.

“I picked up assuming they were just informing me that the food was delivered or maybe there was something wrong with my card, but I was dead wrong….” wrote Kayla.

“They [sic] delivery driver asked me if this order was for my bf and I said yes it was and that I didn’t live in the same city as him and that I was surprising him. I thought that was odd because I told them originally that the order was for my bf.”

“The delivery driver continued by saying this…”look, we usually don’t do this, but I think you would like to know…when we walked up to the door to your bf’s place we were able to see into his apartment and he was in his boxers with a naked women on top of him on the couch,” she continued.

She finished the Twitter thread by thanking the delivery company for their commitment to customer service.

Twitter users responded to the thread with praise for the driver, writing that they were taking customer service to the next level, and even suggesting that the young woman date the delivery driver instead.

In response to the thread of tweets, the food delivery company tweeted Kayla offering to cater a breakup party for her.

In 2016, reddit user’s shared the ways that they found out their partner was cheating. 

One man realised his wife was cheating when he came home and the toilet seat was up.

“Came home from working a double shift and found the toilet seat up. Either my wife didn’t take a piss for 20 hours straight or there had been another man in my house. Suspected it was her “gay” friend from work. I also knew that said friend was trying to sell his house, so I called the real estate agent and asked the see his place,” wrote signalthree.

Another user realised his girlfriend was cheating when she accidentally opened messages to another man in front of him.

“Just got on a flight in London headed to Vegas. Sitting next to my girlfriend and she wants to show me something she has planned for the trip so gets out her phone. It opens to the messages and shows a chat with a guy (I know him) saying how much she is going to miss him and how she doesn’t want to go away with me anyway. The doors close on the plane and that was a really f*cking fun 10-11hrs…” they wrote.
