New York Fashion Week has kicked off the Spring/Summer ’14 show calendar. The clothes on the catwalk are beautiful, but the front-row fashion is what really catches our eye. Celebrities love Fashion Week and this year is no exception. Celebrities like Rose Byrne and Alicia Keys have been providing some serious style inspiration.

Victoria Beckham’s new collection has been a huge hit. The lady formerly known as Posh Spice first entered the scene in 2009 with the release of a range of dresses. However, her Spice Girl status didn’t serve her well and the fashion industry rolled its eyes in that snooty way it often does.
Three years on, she is widely acknowledged as a leading international designer and a successful, respected member of the fashion world. This week in New York, she showed a diverse range of styles and even had models wearing flats – a curious hybrid of a boot and a thong dubbed ‘genius’ by some (and ‘weird’ by us). “I wanted to take my aesthetic and find a new way of working it,” she told Style.com before the show.
We’ll be updating our NSFW galleries throughout the week in the Fluff Files, so keep checking back in.
This celebrity reckons that he only feels safe at home when he has a gun. In an interview with British magazine Live, Brad Pitt strongly defended US gun laws. Despite the recent mass shootings and many calls for tighter gun controls, Brad says no way.
The actor got his first BB gun when he was in “nursery school”, and his first shotgun by the first grade. He has been a lifelong lover of pistols ever since, and is adament that politicians should ignore calls to outlaw firearms in the wake of the recent Colorado cinema massacre.
Pitt said: “America is a country founded on guns. It’s in our DNA. It’s very strange but I feel better having a gun. I really do. I don’t feel safe, I don’t feel the house is completely safe, if I don’t have one hidden somewhere. That’s my thinking, right or wrong.
“It’s just something with us. To turn around and ask us to give up our guns… I don’t know, we’re too afraid that we’re going to give up ours and the bad guys are still going to get theirs. It’s just in our thinking. I’m telling you, we don’t know America without guns.”
The actor is equally certain violent movies should not be censored, insisting it’s vital to show the reality of tragedies. Given Brad and Angelina are generally well known as a couple who share fairly liberal views on most political issues, these comments have surprised many.

More details about Blake Lively and Ryan Reynold’s wedding have emerged… and it turns out that they got married where The Notebook was filmed. Best. Wedding. Location. Ever.
The Boone Hall Plantation is a historic South Carolina plantation, open to the public since 1956. The reception took place in a white tent overlooking the water near the plantation’s Cotton Docks.
According to People.com, Blake wore a Marchesa couture bridal ball gown with a hand-draped silk tulle bodice, adorned with crystal and rose gold embroidery. Her bridesmaids wore blush silk chiffon Marchesa gowns with crystal embroidered detail. All the women wore shoes from Christian Louboutin.
The $3000 cake was delivered to the ceremony by a truck which had driven eight hours from Maryland to be there.
Martha Stewart Weddings planned the entire shindig, which included a performance by Florence of Florence and the Machine. Well. Our invitation must have gotten lost in the mail. Hmph.

Will Anderson shares some wisdom about Twitter trolls. The comedian hosted Triple M’s morning show yesterday and added his own views about Twitter trolling, after everything that’s been in the news over the last few weeks.
Will Anderson
“People have always said bad things behind people’s backs, that’s not a thing that Twitter invented or Facebook invented,” he said. “But what people do on Twitter, is they’ll be mean, and they’ll include your name in there so that person sees that.
Look if you’re going to be mean, be mean behind someone’s back, but don’t include them in so when they’re just going to their normal Twitter account to be nice to other people they have to see such horrible abuse, I’m not saying it would be appropriate for this guy to say what he’s said on Twitter at all, but if he just said it on his own page to his three followers then it’s not an issue and it doesn’t get anyone else involved.”
