Fluff: Christina Aguilera photoshop FAIL.

Christina Aguilera has had her body mangled in a horrific accident involving her current perfume ad and Photoshop. The ad, which appears in the current issue of US Weekly, shows the singer looking so unlike herself that we had trouble recognising her.

Not only does she look considerably thinner – her body is anatomically incorrect. Look at her wrist to the left of the frame, for example. Aguilera recently said “I embrace my body, and I embrace everything about myself. I’m embracing everything that I’ve grown to be and learned to be.”

Well, it seems that body positive message didn’t make it so far as the advertisers.

Our hearts go out to the family of the Bring It On star who was killed in an accident over the weekend. Natina Reed, who starred in the movie with Kirsten Dunst, died after she was struck by a car while crossing the street in Georgia. According to the police, the driver of the vehicle was “was determined to be not at fault and there are no charges pending.”  Read more about it here.

Is that Bond? James Bond? No, it’s James Packer emerging from the surf at Bondi beach last week. The man has shed 40kg from his previously 130kg frame, prompting the Sunday Telegraph to compare him to Daniel Craig in the Bond film Casino Royale.

Last year, Packer spoke candidly about the lap-band surgery he had in November 2010:

The father of two, who is married to Erica Baxter, says he feels “fitter, happier and more active”. He now does 90-minutes of exercise per day and eats smaller meals.

“I used to eat a big portion, and the message used to go from my stomach to my brain: ‘I’m hungry’ … Now, my stomach sends messages to my brain saying the whole time: ‘I’m full’. How good’s that?

Ever since The Beatles split in 1970, people have blamed – and hated – Yoko Ono, John Lennon’s significant other at the time. But 42 years on, Yoko’s name has finally been cleared by the one and only Sir Paul McCartney himself.

Paul said: “She certainly didn’t break the group up, the group was breaking up. I don’t think you can blame her for anything. When Yoko came along, part of her attraction was her avant-garde side, her view of things, so she showed him another way to be, which was very attractive to him.”

McCartney reckons that songs such as ‘Imagine’ would never have existed without her – so maybe it’s time to finally cut the lady some slack, yes?

Naomi Campbell’s boyfriend, Vladislav Doronin, has built her a very… um… *unique* house in Moscow. The house has been designed to resemble a spaceship, and will have a Finnish spa in the basement, a Turkish bath and Russian bath. As you do. The two, who have been dating since 2008, are planning to live in the ‘spaceship’ after they get married.
