29 y/o teacher charged for having sex with 3 students. All on the same night.

A 29-year-old high school teacher has been charged with sexual battery after engaging in ‘multiple’ acts of sex with three of her male students on the same night.

Ellen Lindsay Niemic is a married high school teacher in the US state of South Carolina who has three children of her own.

It’s alleged that Ms Niemic engaged in sexual activity with two 17-year-old students and one 18-year-old student.

She has been charged specifically with having sex with the three male students at a ‘house party’ romp on April 11.

An attorney representing all three boys says that there were other acts of sex on the school campus as well as outside of school grounds on other occasions.

According to the Attorney Mike Bosnak, “It started with dirty talk, then they were texting. She was texting nude pictures and that kind of stuff.”

“It’s our understanding that this teacher had, would have sexual talks with her class on numerous occasions,” Mr Bosnak revealed.

“Then just from there, it just went on. Some of it took place at the school. She also was picking one of them up in the morning and had sex with him in the morning and then in the afternoon.”

The authorities began investigating when other school officials reported suspicions to the police.

When the charges came to light, the 29-year-old teacher was placed on administrative leave and banned from the school. She is now no longer employed at Cross High School in Berkeley County.

“When a teacher violates a student’s trust, she violates the whole community’s trust,” Detective Brian Fenton said in court on Thursday.

Her own attorney David Aylor told The Post and Courier that he hadn’t yet spoken to Niemic but said, “Obviously, this is the very beginning of the case… This is obviously extremely difficult for her and her family.”
