Meet the four Aussie farmers ready to find love on the new season of Farmer Wants A Wife.

The popular reality dating show Farmer Wants a Wife is gearing up for its 2025 season, promising a fresh batch of farmers ready to find love.

While the show appears wholesome, last season packed in its fair share of drama. Despite this, Farmer Wants a Wife remains Australia's most successful dating show, boasting 11 married couples, nine long-term relationships, and a total of 27 children.

Who are the farmers on Farmer Wants a Wife 2025?

Four new farmers have been selected for the 2025 season of Farmer Wants a Wife Australia. Out of the thousands of hopeful hearts who submitted applications, each farmer has handpicked eight lucky ladies to meet in person. And let's be honest, we're already planning our group chats and wine nights to dissect every awkward first encounter, teary confession, and heart-fluttering moment that's sure to unfold in the country's most wholesome matchmaking experiment.

Here's what we know about each of 2025's farmers.

Farmer Corey, 24.

A fourth-generation farmer from Biloela, Queensland. Corey stands tall at 6'2" and works on a farm producing beans, hay, and cotton. He's described as hardworking and fun-loving, and he enjoys going to country music festivals and country race meets. Corey is looking for a down-to-earth partner who values family and honesty.

"I'm not here to find a girlfriend, I'm here to find my future wife, and once I do I'll be loyal to a fault," Corey said. "I want a partner who wants to have a family and puts family first."

Farmer Thomas, 35.

A wheat, barley, and lentil farmer from Kimba, South Australia. Thomas is described as honest and generous. He's also a community firefighter and former AFL player. In terms of hobbies, Thomas absolutely loves beach diving for abalone or surfing.

When it comes to love, Thomas is open-minded and believes in giving everyone a "fair go" without judgement. He just wants someone who shares his values.

"My ideal partner is someone who shares the same values as me — loyalty, trust and being family-focused. A free spirit who enjoys fun and adventure," Thomas said about his ideal wife.

Farmer Tom, 31.

Tom is a sheep farmer from Borambola, New South Wales. Tom is tall, light-hearted, and enjoys being his own boss. He's looking for a partner who shares his love for family and friends, and who is passionate.

"It's someone you can't get enough of and want to spend every moment with," he said about what he's looking for. "Everyone desires love — they're lying if they say they don't."

Farmer Jarrad, 21.

The youngest of the group, Jarrad is from Stanthorpe and is described as a "goofy creative" who's looking for someone to inspire his country love songs. He loves cooking and watching movies, and wants to start building his life with a partner who inspires him to achieve his dreams, and vice versa.

"Having your partner's back is important but also pushing each other to achieve your best. I'm very driven. I need someone who'll push me as hard as I push them so we can achieve our dreams together," Jarrad said.

When is the release date for Farmer Wants a Wife 2025?

After much anticipation about the upcoming season, we finally have an exact release date for Farmer Wants a Wife 2025.

Farmer Wants a Wife 2025 will premiere at 7.30pm on Monday, 21 April on Seven and 7plus. It's finally happening! Time to mark your calendars and get ready for Aussie reality TV's most wholesome dating show.

Who will be hosting Farmer Wants a Wife 2025?

Natalie Gruzlewski is set to reclaim her throne as the sole host of Farmer Wants a Wife in 2025. After sharing hosting duties with Samantha Armytage since 2023, Gruzlewski will once again be flying solo as Armytage makes the leap to Channel Nine to host Australia's first season of The Golden Bachelor.

"I love this show. This is my 15th season and I've enjoyed every minute of it. It's an incredible privilege to help people find love, especially for the farmers and women who have suffered through heartbreak or found the dating world difficult to navigate," Gruzlewski said about her love for the show.

Armytage initially appeared as a special guest in 2022 and then took over as host last year, replacing Natalie Gruzlewski, who continued to make occasional appearances.
