You wouldn’t be able to tell from her glowing skin, but Erika Heynatz has committed more than her fair share of skin crimes in the past.

In days gone by, you would have found bizarre (and damaging) things like alfoil, vodka and acetone in the model and TV presenter’s regular beauty arsenal.

But these days, she says she’s learnt that being comfortable in your own skin is the best thing you can do for your looks – and that when it comes to beauty routines, less is more.
