After the party, it’s the after party…

The 67th Annual Primetime Emmy awards are over. There were some record wins (12 Emmys for Game of Thrones, for starters) as well as some kick-arse speeches and a spangly, glorious line-up of very expensive dresses on the red carpet, of course.

But it’s always the after party photos we really hang out for…

Once the formal part of the festivities were done and dusted, celebrities headed to after parties hosted by HBO, Fox and other big players in the world of the silver screen. There, everyone from Amy Schumer to Lady Gaga could be spotted letting loose away from the posed niceties of the red carpet.

Modern Family stars including Ariel Winter, Sofia Vergara and Sarah Hyland headed to the Fox party in downtown LA alongside Lady Gaga, Amy Schumer and Abigail Breslin (yes, she’s grown up rather a lot since Little Miss Sunshine).

Meanwhile, the Game of Thrones cast along with Laverne Cox, Queen Latifah, Julia Louis-Drefus, Frances Bean Cobain, Amanda Peet and Dave Grohl headed to the HBO party in West Hollywood.

The nearby Netflix bash hosted Orange is the New Black actors along with House of Cards star and Robin Wright, and big screen A-listers Keira Knightley, Ethan Hawke and Adam Samberg.
