Au revoir Paris and ciao Rome!
It's confirmed: the American in Paris we all love to hate will be returning to our screens once again. That's right, Emily In Paris will be back for Season 5.
Confirming the details on Instagram, Lily Collins made a joint post with the Emily In Paris account, sharing an image captioned, "It's official: EMILY IN PARIS is coming back for Season 5!"
The news came on the heels of the release of season 4, part 2, where we were left with quite a few unanswered questions.
So what do we know about Emily In Paris Season 5 so far? Who will be returning and will Emily even be in Paris anymore? Or will our favourite fashionista find herself a resident of Rome?
Let's get into it.
Who is in the Emily In Paris Season 5 cast?
Of course, we know Lily Collins, our Emily Cooper, will be returning. But who else?
Thankfully, Netflix has confirmed the cast. The talent set to join Collins will be: Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu as Sylvie, Ashley Park as Mindy, Samuel Arnold as Julien, Bruno Gouery as Luc, and William Abadie as Antoine.
All three of Emily's love interests will be back, starting with her current squeeze Eugenio Franceschini as Marcello, her British ex Lucien Laviscount as Alfie and on-again-off-again French chef, Lucas Bravo as Gabriel.
But wait, what about Camille Razat as Camille?
After four seasons as Emily's frenemy and Gabriel's ex, Razat will not be returning for Season 5. Her character's exit was foreshadowed in the Season 4 finale, where Camille left Paris with plans to adopt a baby and move on from her convoluted love triangle arc.
