Fluff: New 50 Shades male lead cast.

Irish actor Jamie Dornan is in final talks to play the billionaire BDSM enthusiast Christian Grey in the adaptation of EL James’ best-seller Fifty Shades of Grey.

Dornan is set to play the lead after Charlie Hunnam dropped out of the film (the probably R-Rated film).

According to Variety magazine Dornan has been “tapped to replace Charlie Hunnam in the Universal and Focus adaptation of Fifty Shades of Grey.

Who is Jamie Dornan you say?

He is known for playing Sheriff Graham Humbert in Once Upon a Time and Axel von Fersen in Sofia Coppola’s film Marie Antoinette, and if that means nothing to you he also dated Keira Knightley.

Oh and he’s also a former Calvin Klein underwear model, we thought it was imperative not to leave out this fact.

While we wait for confirmation from the 31-year-old actor himself, here’s a gallery of men who we think should play Christian Grey:

The article is said to focus on not only Paltrow’s friendship with Soffer, but also the creation of her Goop empire, her celebrity friendships, and her falling out with Madonna.

Darren Hayes apologies to Katy Perry over Sunday night interview.

Australian singer-songwriter Darren Hayes has apologised to Katy Perry over the ‘gotcha’ journalism the American singer faced during an interview with Jackie Frank for Channel Seven’s Sunday night program.

“There is a tone, and a quite nasty one, to the piece that sadly has come to epitomise mainstream Australian media that I must presume is only obvious to those who don’t live there.  It is, quite literally, bullying.  Yet it presents itself as the victim,” he wrote on his Tumblr page.

“It’s a seductive and insincere friendly pat on the proverbial couch to sit down and have a lovely cuppa and an honest chat.  But there’s a knife just behind the cushion and it’s waiting to come out.  It’s almost like a sort of a sticky flytrap – sweet and inviting but ultimately an ambush.

Hayes says he believes Frank wasn’t responsible for the tone of the interview, it was the producers and network that decided it “would run like a tabloid piece.”

“In Australia the media gets to say ‘Ooh Katy Perry is a bitch!’

“From an outsider’s point of view?  It just makes Australian media look mean and it casts opinions about our country that I don’t think are or should be true.

“We’re better than this.  Sorry Katy.”
