These no-bake energy balls are so easy you'll never buy snacks again.

A few ingredients, no baking, and almost zero effort.

These energy balls are an easy snack that kids will love and you can make them in minutes.

You can definitely make these without exact measurements and just tweak them as you go!

Too crumbly? Add more water.

Too soft and sticky? Add more coconut. 

Low-Fuss Energy Balls.

Makes: 12–15 balls

Prep time: 10 minutes

Chill time: 30+ minutes

Ingredients:

8 large softened dates

1/4 cup coconut

1/4 cup Milo

1 tbsp chia seeds

2 tbsp maple syrup

4-5 Weetbix

2 tbsp water (adjust as needed) 

Sprinkles or coconut, for rolling

Method:

Combine the dates, coconut, Milo, chia seeds, maple syrup, and Weetbix in a food processor. Blend until the mixture becomes sticky. (If it's too dry, add 1–2 tablespoons of water.)

Roll the mixture into small balls.

Pour sprinkles or coconut into a bowl and roll each ball in the sprinkles to coat. Press gently with your hands to help them stick.

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up before eating.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
