In a new lawsuit against her ex-husband Charlie Sheen, Denise Richards alleges he has cut off child support payments to their two daughters Sam, 11, and Lola, 10, and that he’s made threatening statements to Richards.
Sheen, 50, has subjected Richards, 44, to disgusting torrents of abuse via his Twitter account before, so it’s hardly surprising to hear he does it to her face, too.
Richards claims that in 2013 during a phone conversation before she departed for a Christmas holiday to Montana with their daughters, he told her:
“I’m looking at a picture of your parents sleeping. I had someone go into their house, give Xanax to the dog, and instead of killing them, I’d rather your mom die a slow death of cancer.
“I am not going to do the same to you. If you get between me and the kids, I am going to sever your head and mail it to your father.”
Richards’ mother Joni died in 2007 after a long battle with cancer.
According to the suit, Sheen once texted daughter Lola: “Your dad is a rock star genius … Your mom is a p–s wart,” and that he called the girl a “[bleeping] pig whore” and told her, “I’m going to kill you and I’m going to kill your mom.”
An attorney for Sheen denies the allegations, saying Richards’ lawsuit is about “nothing more than money, money, money”.
“Denise Richards is not satisfied that she has received $660,000 tax free each year for almost 10 years,” Marty Singer said, reports People.
“It is not enough money for her, besides the approximate $10 million she has received from Charlie under her short marriage.”
According to the lawsuit, Richards is seeking $1.2 million to purchase a new home for herself and her daughters. Sheen had promised to provide housing for them under the terms of a trust for the girls, according to legal documents, but evicted them from a home he had previously purchased for them.
