1. Demi Lovato spills about “sneaking cocaine onto planes” as a teenager.

Singer Demi Lovato has made a confession in her new documentary Simply Complicated that she was abusing illicit substances in 2012 while promoting a sober lifestyle to the public. (The title is right. That IS complicated.)

The 25-year-old reportedly shared: ‘I wasn’t working my program, I wasn’t ready to get sober… I was sneaking [cocaine] on planes, I was sneaking it in bathrooms, sneaking it throughout the night.

‘I went on a bender of like, two months where I was using daily… There was one night when I used a bunch of coke and I popped a few Xanax bars, and I began to choke a little bit. My heart started racing, and I thought to myself, “Oh my God, I might be overdosing right now”.’

The revelations of Lovato’s substance abuse came with a backdrop of her stint in rehab in 2010, where she was treated for drug and alcohol dependency.

Now, the singer says she is free of the addictions that once ruled her life; although adds that struggling with disordered eating may always plague her mentally.

“Food is still the biggest challenge in my life and it controls — I don’t want to give it the power to say it controls my every thought, but it’s something that I’m constantly thinking about,” she told her manager in the documentary.

2. Robert Pattinson’s engagement is over. Quick! Everybody blame Katy Perry!

Twilight‘s Robert Pattinson and singer-songwriter FKA Twigs have called off their engagement, E! Online reports, with the couple of three years not making a public appearance together since the Cannes Film Festival in May.

In a tale as old as time, the distance and plentiful travelling apparently grew too much for the famous pair to withstand.

But in a tale as old as misogyny, Katy Perry is now being blamed for the split.

You see, the gossip publication linked the break up to Perry, 32, who was seen being “extremely affectionate” with longtime friend Pattinson at a restaurant in August.

“They have many mutual friends and have always kept in touch. They aren’t serious as of now, but Rob has always had an interest in Katy,” a really crappy friend source said.

Ugh. Can’t a couple just part ways without us finding a woman to blame?

3. Harry and Meghan drink tea. MUST DEFINITELY BE ENGAGED.

We don't mean to overwhelm you with exciting Royal News, but Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are most definitely getting engaged.

How do we know this? Why, they... drank... tea.

"WHAT?" we hear you say. Okay, okay, no need to shout. Let us clarify: it was not just any cup of tea, it was tea with ~le Queen~.

Daily Mail gossip columnist Richard Kay reported that last Thursday (12 October) the couple had tea in Queen Elizabeth's inner courtyard for at least an hour - and that this could only be because he's asking his grandmother for her blessing on their engagement.

Why else would Harry have been having tea with his granny and his girlfriend? We mean... it's not like sharing afternoon tea with your grandparents is nice or anything. It's not like you might just want to be spending as much time with your 91-year-old grandma as you can.

4. Our imaginary best friend Osher Günsberg is writing a memoir. Can we pre-order it yet?

The best thing about The Bachelorette finale is when the lady chooses her lucky lad and kisses him while the credits roll. The worst part is it's about another eight months until we get to see our old mate Osher Günsberg again.

This time next year though - in the best news we've heard all week - there'll be a way to fill the Osher-shaped void left in our lives.

The Bachelor host is releasing a memoir, due to be published on September 2018, HarperCollins announced today.

And while it's sure to include some behind-the-scenes Bach goss, it will also focus on the radio and TV host's battle with anxiety and depression.

Osher said in a statement he is excited about his book deal.

"I hope this book will play a small part in addressing the stigma around mental illness and help foster an environment of understanding and compassion."

Aussie models, Georgia Gibbs and Kate Wasley are set to appear in Sports Illustrated magazine's annual Swimsuit Edition.

Sharing a bunch of behind the scenes images from the shoot on the Caribbean island of Aruba, the best friends turned Instagram stars will join fellow Australian Sports Illustrated Elle Macpherson and Jessica Gomes.

"Equal for all & we are so proud to be a part of a brand that represents women everywhere," the pair shared with their 230K followers.
