Ex-girlfriend of That '70s Show actor says he raped her "repeatedly".

“I stayed quiet long enough, Danny Masterson repeatedly raped me,” actress Bobette Riales wrote on Twitter on Wednesday night.

She is the fifth woman to accuse 41-year-old Masterson – best known for his role in That 70s’ Show – of rape. They were in a relationship in the early 2000s.

“All I seek is justice and to prevent this from ever happening to anyone else as it has for some time,” her tweet reads. “My truth will be heard.”

Fellow actress Chrissie Bixler, who was one of the first women to accuse Masterson of rape, replied to Riales’ tweet saying: “I’m so proud of you. He will never do this to another human being ever again.”

The allegations against Masterson were first made public in March this year when journalist Tony Ortega published to his blog that the Los Angeles Police Department was investigating Masterson for at least three alleged cases of rape or sodomy.

Bixler has been extremely vocal since then, criticising Netflix for continuing to work with Masterson on his latest show The Ranch (the streaming service finally cancelled his contract earlier this month). She also publicly accused Masterson of raping her in the early 2000s while alleging the Church of Scientology, of which both she and Masterson were a part, helped cover up his crimes.

“For me, what Netflix has done, feels like a continuation of how the Church of Scientology made me feel when I reported my rape to them, as well as how Danny Masterson made me feel when I would beg him for an apology, an explanation, anything,” Bixler told Daily Beast last month, before Netflix took a stand against the actor. “I was made to feel unimportant. I was made to feel like I didn’t matter.”

Three of Masterson’s alleged victims were also members of the Church of Scientology. According to an investigative piece from Huffington Post, which referenced Los Angeles Police Department files, one of Masterson’s accusers said he raped her while she was passed out and, when she awoke to find him on top of her, she said he strangled her until she was unconscious again.

She reportedly filed a police report in 2004, alleging Masterson raped her in 2003, but the case was stalled when more than 50 affidavits were submitted by the Church of Scientology from Scientologists who refuted the woman’s claims, Huffington Post reports.

Masterson has consistently denied any wrongdoing and released a statement earlier this month, when Netflix fired him, saying he is confident of clearing his name.

"Law enforcement investigated these claims more than 15 years ago and determined them to be without merit," Masterson said in a statement, Page Six reports

"I have never been charged with a crime, let alone convicted of one. In this country, you are presumed innocent until proven guilty. However, in the current climate, it seems as if you are presumed guilty the moment you are accused. I understand and look forward to clearing my name once and for all."
