Christina suspected her partner was cheating on her. So she looked at his Apple Watch.

Christina Podolyan was driving home from work when her friend called her.

"Hey Chrissy, do you know what Fred's up to tonight?" the mate asked.

Christina, who placed runner-up on season 13 of Big Brother, thought her partner Fred* was at a celebration for a relative.

"Yeah, he's at a birthday party with Ollie's mates," she replied. "Why is that?"

"Um, look, I really didn't want to tell you this, but Fred's actually been at the smokers' area of this club that I'm in," Christina's friend said.

"He's been talking to this one girl for a while, and I didn't think much of it, but I did see him exchange phones with her."

Concerned but also secure in their relationship, Christina decided to confront Fred in the morning. It was 3am, after all, and she was exhausted after a demanding shift as a flight attendant.

When she broached the subject with Fred, her boyfriend was defensive.

"What are you talking about? I would never take down someone's number," he told her.

"I was like, 'Bro, my friend literally watched you,'" shared Christina in a TikTok video. "And he goes, 'Oh, what? No, she grabbed my phone. She wanted to give me her number. And I didn't want to cause a scene in front of the whole smokers' area, so I just let her put it in. But, of course, I'm not going to call her or anything.'"

The explanation made sense to Christina.

"He manipulated me. I was like, 'Okay, fair enough. You didn't want to cause a scene, and you didn't want the girl to feel rejected'. I'm so dumb."

Still, the Big Brother alum wanted proof. So Fred drove over to her place and handed his phone over.

"He shows me the contact name Sophie, but it has like 900 poo emojis next to it. And he looks at me and goes, 'Do you really think I'd write her name into my phone like this?'"

The influencer believed him, and life went on as normal. Until a few weeks later.

Fred had not long left Christina's house when she noticed he had left behind his Apple Watch.

While a secure person overall, the former reality star couldn't ignore the nagging feeling in her gut telling her to look through it.

"I just remember as soon as I unlocked the Apple Watch, I went into messages and my heart sank," she shared in the video.

"Even though he was deleting all these texts off his iPhone, he forgot to delete certain text messages on his Apple Watch because he would never think I would go through the Apple Watch, even though it's automatically synced."

As she explored the watch further, Christina noticed more and more secret texts.

"I'm going through all these messages. It was just tens, probably 20 girls that he was messaging saying, 'Hey, I'd love to see you tonight.'"

Fred also used code names.

"One was Frank from work, and the last text message was, 'I'd love to see you tonight,' or, 'Hey babe, I'm not doing much tonight. I'd love to catch up with you again.'"

Christina kept scrolling, and scrolling, and scrolling, until a familiar face popped up.

"I found text messages with the girl Sophie. But he had implanted a fake name in his contacts himself," she explained. "He was sitting there writing out in the contact 'Sophie' with all these poo emojis so I'd believe it, which I did.

"But, really, he was texting her under a different name like Bob. And, God bless this girl, because her responses were, 'You have a girlfriend. You shouldn't be messaging me this.'"

According to Christina, Fred replied to Sophie saying: "Well, my girlfriend and I actually just broke up. Don't tell anyone."

"It was just nuts," shared the influencer. "There were even texts saying to other girls saying, 'Oh, I'd love to see you again.' It would make sense why he never wanted to post me [on Instagram] because this guy was living like 10 other lives with probably half of Melbourne."

Christina, who has since moved on with content creator Leish Kiprios, finished her video with a warning women to "stay woke".

"There is a reason your gut tells you to do certain things; you're not crazy," she said. "If your gut is screaming at you, you are not crazy. Or you can just go through the Apple Watch."
