CELEB NEWS: Speed a factor in Paul Walker's death.

Hollywood (and the world) is still reeling from the tragic news of Paul Walker’s death, and it has now been determined that speed was a factor in the fiery crash.

TMZ is reporting that the L.A. County Coroner has decided to delay autopsies on Walker, 40, and his friend and business partner Rodas, 38, as their bodies are unidentifiable.

The coroner is waiting on both sets of dental records before proceeding.

“We don’t know much about the cause of the collision other than that we know speed was at least a contributing factor,” said Sargeant. Brian Allen of the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station.

Walker had been at a charity function for Reach Out Worldwide, set up to raise money for victims of Typhoon Haiyan, before deciding to take a drive in the red Porsche Carrera.

Fans and celebrities have taken to social media to mourn the actor’s death.

“Brother I will miss you very much,” fellow Fast and Furious co-star Vin Diesel wrote on his Instagram account. “I am absolutely speechless. Heaven has gained a new Angel. Rest in Peace.”
