The most disturbing allegations from Cassie Ventura's testimony against Diddy.

At eight and a half months pregnant, Cassie Ventura walked into a federal courtroom to face the man she says tormented her for over a decade.

On Tuesday, she came face-to-face with Sean "Diddy" Combs for the first time since their relationship ended in 2018 — not as his partner, but as the prosecution's star witness in a case that has shocked the world.

With the eyes of the public fixed on her every word, Ventura stood tall and recounted her harrowing story: a tale of alleged control, violence, and abuse that's even darker than we imagined.

More shocking allegations have emerged as the first week of the trial wraps up in the US.

What Ventura told the court about her relationship with Combs is confronting. Here are the most shocking moments from her testimony so far.

A brutal cross-examination.

On Thursday, Ventura returned to the witness stand for a gruelling day of cross-examination — and the defence team did not hold back.

For hours, they dissected hundreds of emails and text messages between Ventura and Combs. Many were explicit. And many were used in an attempt to paint her as a willing participant in what she called "freak-offs" — the drug-fuelled sex acts she says she was pressured into while Combs watched and filmed.

The defense's message appeared clear: they were trying to cast doubt. To suggest this wasn't abuse, but a messy, drug-fuelled relationship between two consenting adults. That jealousy, not fear, was the root of it all.

Ventura disagreed — firmly.

She admitted that "freak-offs" were, sadly, a recurring part of her relationship with Combs. But she told the court that just because she wrote things like "loving FOs" in messages, didn't mean she wanted them.

"(They) were just words at that point," she told the court, according to The Guardian.

Combs's lawyer also brought up Ventura's alleged jealousy over his relationships with other women, including the late Kim Porter. Ventura didn't deny it — but said the jealousy was part of a much darker dynamic, one where Combs controlled almost every part of her life: what she wore, who she spoke to, even how she did her nails.

Combs allegedly raped Ventura.

Ventura told the court she met Combs for dinner after their breakup for what she thought was going to be a "closure conversation" in August 2018.

He was "nice" and playful", even somewhat romantic during dinner and offered to drive her home, she said.

But when she dropped her back at her apartment he raped her, Ventura told the court.

"I went inside, he came in and raped me on the living room floor," she said, per People.

"I just remember crying and saying 'no,' but it was very fast."

During the alleged attack, she claimed his eyes "were black", saying "he wasn't himself, it was like somebody taking something from you."

During the testimony, she told the jury she was consensually intimate with Combs one time after the alleged rape. Then, she said, the relationship officially ended.

Ventura said years later, in 2023, she began to have flashbacks of the abuse she endured and began having suicidal thoughts.

"I was spinning out," she said. "I didn't want to be alive anymore at that point."

Cassie's assault surveillance footage was played, as another video was leaked.

Jurors were shown surveillance video of Combs allegedly beating and kicking Ventura in the elevator bank of a hotel lobby in 2016.

The video depicts Ventura with a bag at the hotel's elevators just before Combs rounds a corner, hits her and throws her to the ground. He then kicks her and drags her back to the hotel room.

The courtroom fell silent as the video was played for the first time, per The Associated Press.

TMZ has since released the unedited, 15-minute surveillance video that shows Combs pursuing Ventura, physically attacking her and attempting to steal her phone.

The footage became a pivotal point in the trial, with prosecutors using it to illustrate Combs' alleged violent nature.

At the same time, TMZ shared exclusive footage taken of Combs and Ventura together in 'happier times', celebrating his 48th birthday in Punta Mita, Mexico, before their relationship deteriorated.

"The pair are all smiles as Diddy wraps his arms around Cassie's bikini-clad body," the gossip website wrote. "What's interesting is seeing Cassie's affectionate behaviour toward Diddy in this footage, which is in total contrast to how she feels about the man now."

Without stating anything explicitly, it appears that these contrasting videos were posted to potentially discredit Ventura's claims.

"It's 2025 and TMZ is really gonna try to victim blame," one TikTok comment read on the video. "Can you release who paid y'all to release this?" alleged another.

After the video was shared on X, some disturbing comments were posted.

"That's the same woman that said she was in an abusive relationship for 10 years interesting. [She] looks like she's having fun," added one comment.

"Don't look very 'forced' to me," wrote one user.

However, the comments with the most likes on X pointed out how Ventura's awkward smile, quietness and stiff demeanour could have been covering up an inner pain while not wanting to potentially provoke Combs.

"Y'all have ZERO idea how abusive relationships work and it shows. These comments are disgusting," said one user.

"People in this comment section can't read energy or body language. She looks mad uncomfortable," added another.

"The energy in the entire video is do what Diddy says to keep him happy."

It's unclear why the footage — which appeared to be edited together — from Combs and Ventura's holiday in Mexico was published and who provided the video to TMZ.

Blackmailed on her birthday.

On Wednesday, Ventura told the court Combs hung the videos of her having sex at "freak offs" over her head.

One birthday, she refused to leave her friends to go with him to a "freak off" and he threatened her with the videos, she said, according to NBC.

"It is horrible and disgusting. No one should do that to anyone," she said of the alleged blackmail. "It could ruin everything I worked for, make me look like a slut."

"I wasn't supposed to be on those videos," she said. "I didn't want to be in them."

Ventura says she covered up bruises for a movie premiere.

She testified that she had to attend the premiere of her movie The Perfect Match with bruises on her face and body. The court was shown an image of Ventura and Combs smiling at the event.

Ventura said she had to change her outfit to cover up bruises on her legs and used a lot of make-up to hide a busted lip and black eye.

Effects of 'freak-offs' laid bare.

Ventura revealed the confronting effects the "freak-offs" had on her body, telling the court she would sometimes struggle with urinary tract infections, mouth sores and gastrointestinal issues.

"When we were having frequent 'freak offs' — they were back to back — and sometimes I would do a 'freak off' with the infection," she said, per NBC.

It got to a point where Ciprofloxacin, or "Cipro," a common antibiotic treatment for UTIs, no longer worked for her, she said.

"It was really painful for a long time," she added. "I can't believe I actually dealt with that."

The terror of the hotel attack.

Ventura addressed the alleged 2016 hotel attack, describing how Combs lost control and hurled a vase at her, per NBC.

"I don't remember exactly his words," she told the court. "I'm sure he was calling me something other than my name."

She recalled him saying she "wasn't going to leave him."

Following the incident, Ventura said Combs appeared at her apartment door, demanding to see her. She had no idea how he got to the 17th floor of her apartment but said she heard "chaos outside the door, banging, kicking, yelling and banging." She didn't let him inside.

Recovery massages and drug addiction.

Ventura said after a "freak off" she and Combs would recover by using IV fluids, massages and meals prepared by a chef, per The Washington Post.

She said she had an "ongoing, off-and-on addiction to opiates" and would take pills to "come down" from the drugs she'd taken earlier.

"I wanted to feel numb and not know what was going on in my mind," she said.

When asked how she felt after a "freak off," Ventura said, "I felt so tired, achy, dehydrated, not really eating too much. Emotionally, I felt empty, gross. Like I did a job."

An alleged assault at her LA home.

Ventura spoke of an incident at her Los Angeles home in August 2013 when Combs allegedly attacked her because she had been sleeping on the couch, per The Post.

She told the court her friends were present and tried to block her from beating her, but it was no use. He allegedly threw her against a bed frame, leaving her with a gash on her eyebrow where she still has a scar.

Ventura told the court assaults were common during their relationship.

She said during "freak-offs" Combs would often "grab me up. Push me down. Hit me in the side of the head. Kick me. You name it."

Drug-fuelled 'freak-offs'.

On the first day of her testimony, Ventura said Combs orchestrated drug-fuelled sex parties, referred to as "freak-offs," where she was compelled to engage in sexual acts with male escorts. These sessions, which sometimes lasted up to four days, took place in various cities.

"It basically entails the hiring of an escort and setting up this experience so that I could perform for Sean," she said, per The Guardian, adding that it allowed Combs "to watch me with the other person and actually direct us on what we were doing. Eventually it became a job for me, pretty much."

At first, she was "confused" and "nervous", but she said she "wanted to make him happy" and was worried about what would happen if she refused.

"I just remember my stomach falling to my butt," she said when asked how she felt about participating at just 22.

Over time, the "freak-offs" made her feel "horrible" and "worthless".

"I didn't know what 'no' could turn into," she said.

Ventura described enduring humiliating acts, including being urinated on while participating in these "freak-offs."

"I just felt humiliated, it was disgusting, it was too much," she said, per The Guardian.

"I choked, I didn't want to be doing that, I was in a position I couldn't easily get out of. I eventually put my hands up and Sean saw and told him to stop. I was choking, too much urine in my mouth. Sean urinated on me at the same time."

During these "freak-offs," Combs allegedly forced Ventura to call him "Pop Pop," a term she used for her grandfather, CNN reports. She described this as deeply disturbing and indicative of the psychological manipulation she endured.

Ventura revealed that she frequently used narcotics like ketamine and ecstasy to cope with the trauma.

Assistant US Attorney Emily Johnson said Combs described how Combs filmed the encounters as "souvenirs of the most humiliating nights of (Ventura's) life", which he then used to blackmail her, according to The Associated Press.

Male escort's evidence.

On day one of the trial, the court heard from sex worker Daniel Phillip, who testified he was paid to have sex with Ventura while Combs watched.

He recalled how Combs directed the encounter, even masturbating during it. Phillip also described witnessing Combs assault Ventura on at least two occasions, per the ABC.

One incident saw Combs allegedly dragging Ventura by her hair into the bedroom as she screamed, "I'm sorry."

When asked by defence lawyers if Ventura appeared drunk or high during the encounters, he said no. However, when they asked if it would be fair to say she was in complete control, Phillip responded: "I cannot say that."

A 'confusing' first kiss.

Ventura described the early days of their relationship as confusing.

"There was a 17-year age difference," Ventura said. "I was really confused at the time, you know, (a) new artist. I was pretty naive.

"I wanted to be around Sean for the same reasons as everyone else at the time — this exciting, entertaining, fun guy who also happened to have my career in his hands."

Ventura revealed that when Combs kissed her on her 21st birthday, she cried, per People.

When asked directly if she wanted the kiss, her answer was clear: "No, not on my birthday."

As their relationship progressed, she said he became increasingly "abusive" and "controlling".

"Make the wrong face and the next thing I knew, I was getting hit in the face," Ventura said.

Combs controlled 'everything'.

Ventura testified that Combs controlled nearly "everything" in her life — her career, her phone, the way she dressed.

If she didn't respond promptly to his messages, he would dispatch assistants or security personnel to locate her.

Professionally, her music career suffered under Combs's influence. Despite signing a 10-album deal with his label, Bad Boy Records, only one album was released.

"Sean is a really polarising person, he was charming," Ventura said. "It's hard to really be able to determine what you need when he's telling you what he wants. I just didn't know. I didn't know what would happen."

She told the court sometimes he would "punish" her by having his security take away access to her phone or laptop, per People.

Ventura said she endured numerous assaults throughout their relationship.

"He would mash me in the head, knock me over, drag me, kick me. Stomp me in the head if I was down," she said, leaving her bruised and bloodied, per The Associated Press.

"If they were violent arguments, it would usually result in some sort of physical abuse and dragging, just different things," she said.

Asked how frequently Combs became violent with her, she said: "Too frequently".

The trial continues.

Combs has pleaded not guilty and denied all charges against him. His lawyers have argued that his sexual habits were part of a swinger lifestyle involving consenting adults and that he was not a trafficker.

If found guilty, Combs could spend the rest of his life in prison.

More to come.
