Well, we’ve made it.

It’s finals week of The Bachelorette Australia and we’re not at all emotionally prepared for this.

Oooh, Angie Kent told Mamamia what her relationship is like now. Post continues below video.

While our hearts, our minds and our bodies are yelling at Angie to pick Timm, we know we’re about to watch his sweet, sensitive, stupid heart get broken on our TV screens (and we’ve already got our picket signs ready in protest).

Instead, Angie will pick Carlin (and his face) which is… fine.

But don't just take our word for it. Here is the evidence that Carlin will be the winner of The Bachelorette:

1. The top three photo.

Every year, Network 10 release a photo of the top three from the rose ceremony and every year, it follows the same trend.

We're five seasons in, and surely that can't be just a coincidence.

2. Those Fiji photos.

Yahoo Lifestyle published a photo showing Carlin in Fiji, where Bachelor in Paradise is filmed.

So at first glance, it looked like Carlin didn't win and was hanging out for a second chance at finding reality TV love but NOPE, we can't be fooled that easy.

We're calling it: It's 100% a decoy.

Last year, a similar photo emerged before the finale of Ali Oetjen's final two Taite Radley and Todd King in Fiji, and at the time we were led to believe this meant Ali had pulled a Honey Badger and picked... no one.

But it was all a ruse and we're not falling for that again.

5. Betting agencies say so.

When The Bachelorette Australia 2019 contestants were announced, Carlin shot to the top of the betting agencies odds within hours.

The Sportsbet odds have an impeccable record for predicting who will win the Bachelorette or Bachelor. It had a wee slip up for the Honey Badgers' season but... that's entirely Nick's fault.

Carlin has the shortest odds at 1.35, with Ryan at 4.50 and sweet Timm at 5.50 and look, that's something.

6. They've had about 2000 single dates.

Carlin made a great first impression, winning the 24 hours rose to tee up a day-long date with Angie.

On their first single date, the pair went glamping and enjoyed a chat by a ~romantic~ fire, it was a big success. Even if the big divorce 'bombshell' tried to make us think otherwise.

I’m not “successful” but I am living a full life knowing I don’t have to please anyone and I know who I am and what I want. I was insecure, a people pleaser and let too many people take advantage of my caring nature. Definitely don’t look up to me... but hopefully I can encourage someone who needs to hear that life can be REAL shit, however there’s always a light at the end of the tunnel and if you persevere hardship, real character growth is waiting on the other side ????????

He was then the first man to receive a second single date, causing 'stage five clinger' Jamie to lose his head and yell 'INGENUINE' at the camera approximately 67,904 times.

7. He's got the sibling AND best friend seal of approval.

Angie clearly values the opinion of her brother Brad. So much so, she got him to pose as a bachelor during the first cocktail party and then give her the goss.

After enduring hours of hearing men talk about how hot his sister was, Brad named Carlin as one of the genuine men he liked.

At her hens do, in which Australia's boyfriend Ciarran got naked, Angie's bestie Yvie named Carlin as one of the guys she also thought Angie should pursue... even if his name was made up and he was maybe, like, "2% funny". Ooph.
