Lately, my feed has been inundated with affordable fashion finds that are "heavily inspired" by cult styles doing the rounds on the internet.

There's a special place in my heart for the women who track down these items and share them, rather than gatekeeping.

Case in point: if you missed out on Kmart's version of THAT striped top, don't despair.

There's another very good alternative on offer at Best & Less for the bargain price of $22, in multiple cool colourways… but you'll have to be quick.

I spotted it on the Instagram account of @i.am.jenna, a Newcastle-based content creator who shares affordable fashion gems with the masses.

Here's me trying on the blue and white striped version of the Best&Less Womens Crew Neck Boxy Long Sleeve Top, $22.

It's a boxy cut with very long, slouchy sleeves (I deliberately sized up, but it's already quite roomy.)

The top is, of course, a version of the famous Lioness long sleeve that went uber-viral last year. Since it continues to look amazing on every single person who wears it, I felt powerless to resist.

While in store, I also spotted this rugby polo and matching short set.

The Best & Less Rugby Polo Zip Top, $28, and Lightweight Fleece Short, $22, comes in two colour options. The chocolate brown and lime combo feels fresh and very on trend for 2026.

I can see myself styling this as I have here with leather thongs and my signature chunky gold jewellery.

But guys, the navy is definitely giving me Ralph Lauren vibes….

I can't believe the whole outfit comes in at $50.

Here are four more style steals you'll want to know about — but don't dilly dally, they're already selling out, obviously.

Target Satin Straight Leg Pants, $45.

Satin pants are one of those trends we're going to be seeing a LOT of, particularly as we transition into Autumn. The trick is getting the cut and weight right — this fabric can be notoriously tricky, and with different leg lengths to consider, it's a minefield out there. You don't want to be dropping wads of cash on silky pants you'll never get tailored.

Enter these elasticated satin pants from Target. I discovered them via Melbourne creator Rachel de Oliviera, and they really are as perfect as they look. But again, you'll have to act quickly if you want to get your pins in them!

Kmart Sleeveless Lace Maxi Dress, $25.

If you love the look of a sheer lace skirt layered under a big tee, but you're yet to splurge on the skirt, you're in luck: Sunshine Coast creator Bec Louis has found an affordable hack.

She picked up this $25 white lace dress from Kmart and paired it with the brand's oversized white tee, perfectly emanating that Scandi-layered look on a budget.

Best & Less Womens Tie Front Top and Wide Leg Pants, $58 (for the set).

A little bit retro and a lot cool-girl, this gingham set in crinkly cotton looks like it comes from a chic homegrown brand like Posse or Vrg Grl — but it's actually another Best and Less bargain. Points to the design team for absolutely nailing it on this one.

The co-ord is ideal for a girl's lunch or picnic in the park, or you can break it up and wear the separates back with your basics.

Kmart Toe Post Kitten Heels, $22.

Kitten heel thongs are one of those trends that you probably want to try before you buy — the style might not be for everyone, from an orthopaedic point of view, but they're an up-to-the-minute addition to your summer accessory wardrobe.

According to Sydney content creator Bronte Lang, these $22 Kmart heels are an affordable AND comfortable option, thanks to their cushioned sole.

They come in black and burgundy, as well as a faux brown suede, and definitely look more expensive than their price tag.
