Bryan Johnson doesn't plan on getting any older. In fact, he has no intention of dying at all.
Is he a vampire? Worse.
He's a tech bro with a fortune of more than $400 million, who has dedicated his life to embracing a range of radical techniques to stave off ageing.
But it doesn't always go to plan. Johnson recently admitted on Instagram that he had a rather extreme reaction to one of his experiments. The millionaire wanted to restore some of the fat to his face after experiencing significant weight loss.
"We started 'Project Baby Face', to explore whether we can restore lost volume [to my face]," he wrote.
"We selected a first therapy: injecting a fat-derived extracellular matrix to restore volume by stimulating my body's natural fat growth. It's possible to use one's own body fat for this but the problem was I didn't have enough fat on my body to extract, so I used a donor."
This wasn't the best idea.
