Bianca Censori is the subject of controversy. But who actually is she?

It’s been over two years since the divorce paperwork with Kim Kardashian was finalised, and Kanye 'Ye' West has truly moved on… like really moved on.

Just two months after the divorce, the singer and fashion designer married Bianca Censori, a designer at Yeezy, and an Australian.

According to TMZ, the pair had a private ceremony, and whilst both wearing wedding rings, no marriage certificate has been filed yet.

Since getting hitched, this couple has courted constant controversy. Between West's outlandish and offensive statements and Censori's shocking fashion choices (most recently at this year's Grammys), they're a couple always in the headlines.

Who is Bianca Censori?

Bianca Censori is one smart cookie with a Bachelors and Masters degree from the University of Melbourne. She also founded a jewellery company called Nylons after high school.

"I started playing around with mesh, then putting crystals inside the meshing, just making really simple thin chokers," she told i-D in 2016.

"I started selling those, and from there, it slowly kept growing."

Her resume includes time at Toscano Architects, an architectural consulting company, before working as a design consultant for a business called Kolektiv, both based in Melbourne.

She currently works as the 'Head of Architecture' at Yeezy, where she has been since 2020. And she's 30 years old.

Censori and West's appearance at the 2025 Grammy Awards will go down in history for all the wrong reasons.

Initially, the Australian architect arrived wearing a coat, but while posing on the red carpet, she turned around and dropped it on the floor.

She was left wearing a completely sheer slip dress that gave the impression of full nudity.

The moment drew significant criticism: some called for her arrest for indecent exposure, as others questioned how such attire was allowed at a prestigious event broadcast on live television.

Even more alarmingly, onlookers noted that Bianca was following Kanye's directions and nodding in acknowledgement of his commands.

The couple's appearance was reportedly unplanned.

There were contradictory reports that the couple were not invited. However, Ye was nominated at the awards in the best rap song category for his song 'Carnival' which casts doubt on the likelihood of this.

Several news outlets reported that following their shocking red carpet stint, the couple was kicked out of the awards.

Other reports have claimed they may have left voluntarily.

Bianca Censori and Kanye West's Italian controversy.

Bianca and Kanye spent their first year of marriage touring Europe in 2023 – and controversy followed their every move.

At first, the couple were in the headlines for not wearing any shoes, which has been a recurring theme for the newlyweds who have frequented the barefoot trend.

Then came the Venice boat ride that no one needed to see, as Kanye was photographed exposing his bare bottom in an extremely NSFW position.

The incident provoked the boating company to ban the couple for life.

Throughout the spottings, Bianca was dressed in a curious style, often wearing skintight leggings and crop tops that appear more like stockings than actual clothing.

Bianca Censori's friends' response.

After the Venice controversy, sources claiming to be Bianca's friends shared their concerns.

"Bianca is stuck and her friends are trying to save her, but no one can because of the blockades Kayne has put up [around her]," one source told the Daily Mail.

"Everyone is extremely concerned. This isn't who she is. She is an incredibly outspoken and lively person who is never one to keep her mouth shut."

Bianca Censori's family responds.

Despite these reports, Bianca's family has supported the union.

After reports came out that Bianca and Kanye were married, Bianca's family from Melbourne admitted it's "very exciting".

The Yeezy fashion designer's sister, Angelina Censori, told the Herald Sun in a new interview: "It’s very exciting news for both my sister and the family but we choose to have some privacy for the time being."

Another family member, Alyssia Censori, added the family was “super happy for them both.”

Kim Kardashian responds.

While not directly addressing West, Kim Kardashian posted several messages on her Instagram Stories in January 2023 that I can’t imagine would be about anyone else.

"I’m really in my quiet girl era, I don’t have much to say. Just much to do," she wrote in a now-deleted Instagram story.

She also wrote: "Just remember, the black sheep usually turns into a goat. Keep doing you," and "People who want to see you win, will help you win. Remember that."

Kardashian has previously spoken publicly about how difficult she’s been finding co-parenting with her ex: "[it's] really f***ing hard," she said on the Angie Martinez IRL podcast.

"I had the best dad, and I had the best memories and the greatest experience and that’s all I want for my kids as long as they can have that… That’s what I would want for them."

"If they don’t know the things that are being said or what’s happening in the world, why would I ever bring that energy to them? That’s really heavy grown-up sh*t that they’re not ready to deal with," she added.

Kardashian's short but what seemed, incredibly sweet, relationship with Pete Davidson was her first dip back into the dating pool while West had his stint with Julia Fox.
