LEIGH CAMPBELL: 'There are 3 tubular mascaras I swear by.'

This is a big call, but I reckon tubular mascara has been my favourite advancement in beauty in the past five years.

There have been a few options around for quite some time, though now that everyone is catching onto the superiority of a tubular formula compared to a traditional one, the category is booming.

Mamamia writer, Emily Vernem, is also on the tubular train. 

So, she wrote about her five favourites on the website this week (you can read about them here). I wholeheartedly agree with her list, but wanted to add three more I think are fantastic.

1. Loungeface Lash, $37.

Created by OG beauty vlogger Lauren Curtis, this one gives volume and incredible length without any clumping. The formula also contains Biotin, which helps lashes grow longer and stronger over time.

2. My Amazing Lashes Mascara, $23.

I ordered this online from overseas and it was definitely worth the effort. The site is in USD, so one tube is about $23 AUD, but it’s cheaper to buy a bundle of two. I've been swimming with this one and it didn't move. It also comes in brown. 

3. Basics By B Lash Lifting Drama Mascara, $40.

An amazing lady startup founded by an Aussie makeup artist, this reality does lift lashes as you apply it (as well as making them look long and lush). No flakes, no smudges, for real.
