'I found this $15 plumping moisturiser that's just as good as the expensive options.'

A thing you need to know: I'm not loyal when it comes to moisturisers and face cream. Like, I really get around. Because no matter what all the marketing wizards out there try to push, it's one of those areas in your routine where expensive doesn't mean better — and you can find some stellar formulas at the chemist that do exactly the same thing as the stuff in fancy gold packaging.

It's true! I've tried MANY different formulas, and have found that as long as they contain certain moisture-boosting ingredients — ceramides, hyaluronic acid and niacinamide — you really can't go wrong.

But, friends, I've recently come across a really good one that I just gotta tell you about. In fact, I spoke all about it on a recent episode of Spendy Savey on the You Beauty podcast.

Watch: Speaking of things I've put on my face, here's the time I applied 10 pumps of foundation. Post continues below.

It's called Sukin Aquaboost 3D Hyaluronic Acid Rich Night Cream, and it's usually $30 but you can get it from Chemist Warehouse right now for a very cheeky and delightful $15.

We love a cream that isn't $200!

As I shared with Kelly McCarren on the podcast, this newbie is just a really wonderful time for your face. It's like a big ol' lick of hydration, and my dry skin is here for it. Applied at night, come morning, everything feels plump, hydrated and fresh.

It has a thicker texture, but feels beautifully lightweight on the skin and has ingredients like hyaluronic acid in it, along with niacinamide and ceramides. (As I said before, that's the dream team of ingredients when it comes to a hardworking moisturiser).

Put simply: It's just a really good moisturiser for winter

I feel like my skin just feels so much smoother, happier and healthier with this in my routine. My rough patches have buggered off, my makeup is sitting nice again and everything feels much smoother and softer. It's quite literally changed my angry winter skin.

What's more, it feels confusingly luxe for a chemist product. It's silky, velvety and feels lovely on the skin and is not the slightest bit sticky like most overnight creams (no greasiness or stickiness on your pillow).

And as it turns out, I'm not the only fan. My friend and fellow You Beauty host Leigh Campbell is also keen on this new cream too.

If you're a loyal Youbie, you'll know Leigh has combination skin — so it's very cool to know this newbie is suitable for all different skin types.

On the podcast she said, "I am still a bit combo but dehydrated, a bit dry — but oily everything. The Aquaboost 3D Hyaluronic Acid Rich Night Cream is so good for slugging — it's just so beautiful. I use it after all my skincare and whack it on. It's really good for your night cream or your last step or if your face is uber thirsty. If you have dry skin, you could actually put this on in the day."

If you're not a fan of a thicker, richer-textured moisturiser for during the day, Leigh said there's also a lighter version she's been loving.

"The one that's probably best for me all year round and I have got on under my makeup today, is the Aquaboost 3D Hyaluronic Acid Water Gel Cream ($15). Again, it's a bit more creamy or lotion-y than the other gels but it's still gel-like in that it absorbs and leaves your skin feeling plump and hydrated but not creamy," Leigh said.

"Because I've got my serum underneath and I'm gonna put my sunscreen on after this — I don't like it to feel like I have a thick layer that's suffocating my face. So, it feels nourishing enough but not too gel-like that it feels like nothing."

You get it.
