Bec Judd's daughter Billie just realised she's no longer the youngest child. Her face says it all.

If there’s one thing that’s universal to every family with more than one child, it’s the terrible moment a new baby comes along.

Well, it’s probably only terrible for the youngest child, who’s about to be dethroned in a major way.

They’re no longer the smallest or the cutest — and worse, they’re no longer the centre of attention.

It’s stressful. It’s confusing. It’s distressing. And, as a number of Rebecca Judd’s Instagram followers have observed, it’s all written right there on Billie Judd’s face.

With her parents welcoming twin boys Darcy and Tom earlier this week, it would appear Billie’s time in the youngest-child spotlight is up. And boy, do I know how she feels.

We can only hope she handles her new circumstances with grace, instead of blankly pretending her younger siblings don’t exist for six months straight. Which I definitely did not do as a child. (OK, I did. But my little brother deserved it, I swear.)

Luckily for Billie, being kicked off the podium for youngest/cutest/most-time-consuming child has its perks – like two ready-made best friends.

And as one savvy commenter pointed out, she has even less to worry about that the rest of us – she’s still the only girl in a family of boys.

So trust me, Billie: it gets better.
