Do you want the balloon to pop or not?
Nope, just sit on it.
It's a conversation not foreign to Alix, who has been in the sex work industry for 12 years, and has interactions like these on a daily basis.
The 36-year-old, who earns six figures a month, fulfils all types of wild fantasies on her OnlyFans, from "dick ratings, to nose measuring, to ballooning".
"To be very blunt, I don't get weirded out by requests anymore," she told Mamamia. "I've seen everything."
And she has no qualms in sharing. Here is a week in Alix's life as a sex worker.

Monday
Today is a batch day. That is, Alix prepared to fulfil a lot of requests.
"I have custom video orders all the live long day," she explained.
"And I take two hours to do hair and makeup, so I try to batch content on those days, so I'm not doing the full beat every day. Once a week or twice a week, I take all the time to do my custom videos."
When she is at home, in New York, her solo content is shot on her phone, vertical style.
"If I travel, I have a director, and it's shot in 4k or 8k. It's a very professional setup. But when I'm here at home, it's more amateur-style solo videos, like a girl you're talking to online. Like, here's my homemade video that I just made for you," she explained.
"Most of the time the custom videos are just me saying the fan's name and stripping and doing a little toy solo."
Today, Alix filmed a dick rating. And yes, she is brutally honest. And most clients, she says, like it that way.
"If they have a tiny dick, they know they have a tiny dick, and they are into the humiliation," she said.
"They get off on me saying, 'Oh my God, that's half the size of my pinky. I can't even see anything without binoculars. Two out of 10, and that's because I'm feeling generous today.
"I give them an honest rating, but I'm mindful of how I deliver it, depending on what the fan is into."
Tuesday
Today is all about the less sexy side of her work, admin. Communicating with her PR team, doing interviews like this one, making TikTok reels and social media content for her two million Instagram followers.
Amid the many emails, Alix received a request that reminded her of one of the only times she has been left shocked by a client.
"I remember when I was very, very, very fresh. This was probably year one when I was a webcam model, and this guy messaged me, and he had a fetish," she said.
"He basically wanted me to make a sh-t ton, like a bathtub's worth of green jelly, like an exorbitant amount of jelly. He's like 'I just want you to make so much jelly and roll around and cover yourself in it."
Alix later learned that "some men like to see girls super messy with things like food".
"Which is not, personally, something I want to f—king do," she said,
The sex worker has strict boundaries that she is not afraid to implement.
"I'll get random requests, like, 'Hey, give me a gang bang custom'. Well, that's not going to happen, so I will respectfully turn that down," Alix said.
"I will never tell someone I can do this if I'm not going to do it, or if I don't feel comfortable, if it's out of my comfort zone. I try to maintain a lot of integrity with that. And point-blank, if I'm not open to doing something, I'll just be straight up."

Wednesday
Another batch day. And today involves balloons.
"It's called balloon bouncing," she said.
It's exactly as it sounds.
"There are two types. The first is where you're just bouncing and you don't pop the balloon. For whatever reason, they just like to see you bounce on them. And then the other one is balloon bounce to pop. So I bounce on regular balloons until they pops underneath me.
"My most memorable one was about nine years ago. A guy mailed me an electric balloon pump with balloons, and when I blew them up, each one was the size of a little couch."
She bounced on these big balloons and went flying across the living room.
Thankfully, these balloons are a little smaller.
Thursday
Today, Alix is travelling.
"If I'm filming scenes or even just social media collaborations with other models, typically like I'm travelling for most of those," Alix said.
"That's usually about once a month, about a week at a time. If it's winter time here, it's two weeks at a time, because I like to get out of the cold."
While preparing for an upcoming collaboration, Alix received a request for a nose-measuring custom.
"I've done at least two in my career," she explained. "The first came about nine years ago. This guy messaged me and said 'I just want you to measure your nose'. I'm like, 'What the f—k? What do you mean?'."
The guy confirmed that he wanted Alix to sit in front of the camera, from the shoulders up, and measure her nose.
"So I sat there for 20 minutes talking about my nose with a measuring tape and measuring my nose across the bridge. I was talking about it and narrating it as I'm doing it, measuring my nostrils and the tip of my nose," she said.
"I never looked into this. Maybe I should have, but there's obviously a psychological reason why somebody is into this. I don't f—king know. I didn't ask."
Friday
It's been a long week and Alix is exhausted, but content.
"You know that saying that's like, if you find your passion, you don't work a day in your life? I do kind of find that to be true," she said.
"I have a couple of degrees. I came from a desk job. And, personally, it wasn't for me, because I'm such a free-spirited and creative person, so I found my path."
But the sex work industry was harder than she predicted.
"I was like, 'Oh yeah, I'm going to crush this work, and it'll be easy.' Well, the joke was on me because it was the hardest.
"People assume that this is really easy and that anyone can do it, but I very much beg to differ. It's not for everybody. It's really not.
"But, at the end of the day, it's not like it's not fun. For me, I've really curated my life. Obviously, there are some days I don't want to work, like if I'm on my period. But at the end of the day, I make every day fun."
