

I wake up with the best intentions. I want to be calm, productive and maybe even a little smug about knocking off the to-do list before lunchtime.
But then the minutes tick by and all I've done is snooze my alarm twice, scroll Instagram, ingest my daily dose of caffeine and realise (too late) that I forgot breakfast again. There goes another $15.
We can all relate to that feeling of the morning slipping away without really getting to sink your teeth into it.
